Can we take a moment to appreciate Nick Groff because seriously, let’s talk about him for a second.
If it hadn’t been for Nick, Ghost Adventures wouldn’t exist. So many people believe it is only Zak who started it when no, it wasn’t. It was Nick and Zak. Nick was the one who put together most of the documentary and he was the one who was able to accomplish everything, with Zak by his side.
In the live Q&A he hosted on Facebook tonight there were still people asking about Zak and Aaron, what happened to him, why did he leave, if he’s coming back, etcetera etcetera. It pissed me off but at the same time I expected it, sadly.
I still love the GAC and I miss Nick being with them, don’t get me wrong. But as I said awhile ago I wouldn’t want them working together again. They will always remain as a trio to me despite not talking or hanging out anymore. Along with many others I have hope they will make amends and be buddies and hang out just like the old days. I believe the fandom wants that more than anything.
But reason why I’m making this post is because Nick deserves so much recognition. I don’t give a crap what anyone else says. The man is absolutely precious and I’ll tell you why.
Why hasn’t anyone noticed how Nick has changed since he left? Nick is more open and he’s being who he is, and nobody should do anything but be themselves all the time. It makes me happy seeing him this way. Yes, he was happy and silly and everything during his time in GA, but not as much. Nick didn’t get much time to let his whole personality show, in my opinion. Now he does.
Nick is such a genuine person. He interacts with everybody and tries his hardest to get to everyone because he wants to. He says countless times how much he loves his fans and friends and family and how much he appreciates the support. His smile is killer and he shows it often now, and I love that. He seems to be more relaxed and social now. He makes it obvious he loves talking to people, meeting them, getting to know them, just everything.
Unlike back then, he doesn’t hide anymore. For example: in the latest Paranormal Lockdown him and Katrina were working out and they were joking around as they were. Nick made stupid jokes and he was laughing. They were both laughing. Nick needs that kind of freedom.
I could go on and on about Nick. Nick Groff deserves everything good, precious, and pure. Protect Nick Groff.
I’m serious. Protect him.
