Sometimes things in live can be overwhelming. I would lie if I would say everything is always fine. I try to help me with things like bullet journals or a weekley planner like this. It really helps to write everything down, so you dont spend the whole night with thinking about stuff you might have to do on the next day instead of sleeping well. :)
