He’s running out of time. Where the hell is this boat driver that he had heard of? He’s somewhat thankful that he’s wearing running shoes after his usual garb would usually be more heavier and slow down his movements, though it doesn’t help that some of it is in the makeshift bag slung over his shoulder. The arrow lodged between his joints is making it more difficult to move his arm because of its position, so he decides to find a way out more quickly.
His feet make quick work, hopping on board and looking around quickly before moving on to the next boat. That’s when he sees someone ducking for cover with a weapon, and his attention is too focused on the sight of the male that he misses the incoming arrow until the last second, and manages to move so he evades a headshot.
Instead, a kaginawa shoots out right after and manages to catch onto the feathers of the arrow and tries to drag him out, only to succeed in pulling out the arrow out of him.
Trigger Warning: Blood
He bites his lower lip hard, dropping down to the deck of the boat, and he drops to one knee, his sword clanking on the floor as he heaves out his breath against the pain, but he quickly takes cover so he’s not in plain view. He looks to the male, knowing he’s not going to have much longer to hold out until things get really bad, and he speaks in Korean with a hint of his Japanese accent, “Oi. Can you drive this boat and get me off this land?“
The red blood drops fall on his deck as the figure drops onto his ship with a grunt. “Get off” is the thing Sanghun wants to say as he points his gun at kneeling man, but his hands and the gun waver as he can’t decide if he should aim at him or his pursuers. “I don’t know you, man. Get off my boat” he finally says. “I do not want any trouble”. But that seems to be too little too late. One problem is already on his boat with a big ass sword, the other problems are getting closer and closer. Sanghun cannot imagine any good outcome of this situation if the boat will stay moored.
He has to get going now, preferably alone so he takes a step closer aiming right between the eyes that stare at him, slightly hazy look of someone in pain. This is nothing but complication. One Sanghun does not want nor need. “No way in hell will this happen. I am not a fucking water bus. Get off.”
He wants to get rid of the guy without killing him, but he wants more to just get the fuck out of here before the police arrive. And since neither the guy nor the hunting party is subtle he can hear sirens already. His gut says to get the fuck out of here. Sanghun thinks that he can deal with just one man easier than with an armed angry crowd. It would be easy to throw him off the boat en route to the island. But he is not ready to give up. “I said get off!”
