Sun & Moon Objects Repo'd to BB's Niche

21 objects from various sets that I wanted repo'd to the Niche. These have been play tested and worked fine for me but if you have any problems with them contact me, not Frac. The previews show them with Niche recolors I've made and are available in my Downloads tag, I wanted to show how the items can fit into various hood styles. BBNICHE1MASTER is required but I forgot to include it in the download, you can get it from my other posts about the niche, here's one of them. These were done using the Repository Wizard. Guids are the same so if you use these make sure to get rid of the originals

Tedsie's Medieval Random Outcome Scenarios Masterlist

this is something i've been chipping away at for a while now. ever since i started playing in my nordhavn hood, actually! its a list of 50+ random scenario rolls for medieval rotational gameplay.

the majority of these random scenarios have been adapted from those in my medieval legacy challenge. in doing so, i have made them more appropriate for a rotational style of gameplay, whilst also adding in some new ones entirely.

i have also divided the rolls into ‘neighbourhood level’ and ‘household level’ rolls. the idea is that if you successfully roll a neighbourhood level roll (of which you have a 1 in 6 chance), then you do not have to also roll a household level roll for each individual household that season too. this is because the neighbourhood level rolls are already quite significant events on their own merit. you can of course still choose to roll household level rolls in this scenario too, though. it’s your game, after all. embrace the chaos!

feel free to play around with chopping or adding in your own scenarios from the list as you see fit. i just ask you to please not upload your own versions of this document. if you have any suggestions for additional random scenarios to add to what i’ve produced, please let me know. I’d love to keep expanding this list further!

i've also added in some additional resources at the end of the document too. namely; a death roll table to use for medieval rotational gameplay (faaaaaaaar less brutal than those in my legacy challenge!), and the custom lifespan i use in my own rotational hood (with a download link to it too). these are not required for use with the random scenarios, but thought i could just pool those resources together for whoever might be interested.

Mortality Roller update

Hi all,

I had some error reports come in from the Infant Mortality part of my mortality roller on Discord and have managed to sort them out (hopefully! - Testers report success) so have updated the archive on SFS with the latest version.

It's available with morphs for teens, adults, and elders. This was a huge learning experience for me, and I am actually very happy with how they turned out. They should be considered a custom bodyshape technically, as they are a bit more shapely than the standard Maxis body, but I did my best to make them fit. There are some tops that they will probably still clip with, especially longer tops. However, if there's a particular top that you absolutely must have fit these bottoms feel free to reach out. There are 25 different recolors all slaved to the AF mesh + merged together to reduce accidents. The furred ones were intended to be combined with whatever tops, including bathing suit separates, whereas the skin colored one was inspired by the alien from this post here and made to combine with top-only dresses.

Something interesting! These use the sim's skin for part of the mesh, which means in theory tattoo overlay boxes should work! Which also means in theory that it may be possible to make overlay boxes that would allow for different gradients or to mix and match hoof color. I haven't tested it though. Personally, I think it may be cool to do, but I'm a bit tired so *shrug*

These are a first for me and I tried my best with the joints and weights and whatnot. If they have an issue that's particularly egregious, please let me know.

These are 4to2 conversions from JPCopeSIMs, low poly, all recolors. The big one is a 2 Story window, the round one is 2 tiles, the small 1 tile. All have diagonals.

3t2 Market Square Top

This was a store outfit, but I made it into a top, because that's what I do! For AM, TM, EM, and CU, they have the appropriate morphs. I made 6 recolors, but here's the PSD for recoloring. You can choose if you want the other ages repo'd to the AM files, or not :)

Some more stuff for the boys!

@teaaddictyt uploaded some clothes for our men a year ago here. Now I made some edits on the adult meshes (I don't use elder meshes for elders, so I didn't touch them sorry).

I've changed a few bone assignments, edited the UV map slightly, smoothed normals, and I think that's it?

Then I converted them to teens and made some recolors.
