This one sucks a little bit, but oh well :/

You noticed this baby bulldozer is barely clickable?

That's because of the overlap with another UI element, more precisely its image. Very interesting, actually! The game doesn't have a problem with this original image:

Even though it overlaps, the game recognizes transparency and lets you click the bulldozer just fine!

But if you replace this corner image with a recolored one or just different, even equally transparent in the same areas, the game seems to see it as obstacle, and you can't click on buttons it overlaps.

The little bulldozer with his unfortunate position suffers the most.

At first, I thought it was some format settings problem, or the way image editor saved the edited image, but I tried re-saving the original blue image and it worked, and as soon as I edited it, it didn't. Don't know what's up with that :/

What I ended up doing is I moved the bulldoze button slightly to the right, and cut the corner image area, so now the overlap looks like this:

Not ideal, but I decided not to move it any further, because it already does cut a bit from the image's shadow:

Maxis Value Pantry Mapping Update

Hi all,

Had a request from @stinkyunicorn to revisit the mapping on the Value kitchen pantries, as some "fancier" custom recolours weren't looking the best.

As I also LOVE me some fancy recolours ( @eulolita you SPOIL us ma'am) this was definitely something I wanted to fix.

I fixed the tops of the pantries as requested but also made some improvements to the doors, which didn't look great...

That's looking a bit better to me 😆

I just updated the main archive with the improved mapping so you'll need to re-download, and just replace the two "Value" pantries if you'd like these improvements 😊

Let me know if any of the other pantries have similar issues, am happy to fix / tweak as necessary x

Sporty Swimsuits for Teens and Elders

Oshima's two-piece swimsuits, age-converted in time for the Pride Month beach party. TF and EF repo'd to the original AF recolors, although I only did 6 of them for some reason. Fat morphs included.

MALM Set Recolors + Texture Replacements

The MALM bed, end table, and dressers from the IKEA pack in @morepopcorn's wood tones and my Sugar Rush palette.

Boggs Hall Dorms (Académie Le Tour) Makeover!

xD In the mean time I also remade the ALT dorms and since I treat ALT as an elite uni, I picked Boggs to be the rich kid dormitory 'experience'. The original kinda asked for a proper mansard roof. My other dorms don't look this posh, I'm planning to make a mix of classical and modern architecture for the makeover. Broke-ass sims will get a chance to study there too!

‼️Theoretically this lot should NOT be affordable for students even with vanilla game billing, this shit so expensive. Buuut as I play-tested it, it turns out (at least in my game) I'm getting green energy refunds, like a whole whooping 3 thousand simoleons for a single mailman visit!!! So the rich fucks will only be getting richer 😭 surprise realism lmao. I didn't place any solar panels too, so I suspect it's those two intimidating horses M&G pegasus sculptures doing the job, idk. In any case if it doesn't work in your game and instead you're getting sums even your sim's 3 kidney donations won't cover, just spam motherlode atp xD I really doubt Pescado's Magic Wand would make a considerable difference here

Retail Sims' Office Supplies Repo'd to Freetime

The FT Reader's Desk Supplies isn't recolorable so I repo'd the stapler and tape dispenser to the CD spindel and then repo'd the texture of the CD spindle to the Reader's Desk Supplies. The CD spindle can be recolored and it will also recolor the stapler and tape dispenser
