He's drunk. Understatement --- Kyung is practically belligerent. His room is littered with nearly-empty rum bottles, dark liquid sloshed over blood-spattered rims. He'd cut his lip at some point. Or maybe he'd bitten it raw. Who's to say.

He doesn't wanna see the kid. He's – gods, Kyung is gonna be sick – he's too much like him. The pirate can't fucking stand it, the sight of him or the thought or any of it.

❝ Kick it down, ❞ he yells out, stumbling over a bottle that sloshes dark liquid onto the wood floor. He takes another swig from the one in his grip, tosses the bottle away, and makes a face at the door. ❝ See what happens. ❞

Kyungmin is quiet for a few minutes.

Then the door is kicked open.

"Well, I didn't kick it down, unfortunately," the teen replied. before turning his attention to his father.

Kyung is a mess. There's alcohol everywhere. Kyungmin can understand, though. They were all a mess after Jong-Su's death. If it hadn't been for Myeong, Kyungmin probably would have locked himself away, too.

"Please come back out," he said softly. "Everyone is worried about you. We all want you to be okay, but you're not going to get better if you keep hiding away, drinking all day. Myeong is making your favorite for dinner tonight, and he really wants you to join us in the mess hall. So please come out?"

He's giving his father the puppydog eyes. They always worked on Jong-Su, so he's hoping they'll work on Kyung, too.

Love finding errors in a post you made hours ago. My character Sejin was supposed to be labeled as a frat boy, not a first boy, lmao.

I need to do some fine tuning of the muse list, but here's the updates:

Hyeseong has been moved to my main muses, and Danwoo has been moved to secondary.

Jaehyun, Moon, and Somchai have been removed due to lack of muse.

Hyunjae has been re-added because the fucker decided he wanted to be active again after like a year. He will be getting some updates, but his main story will remain the same.

Ryung has been moved to Neph's tab, but if he gets enough attention, he may get moved back to secondary.

As for muses in Neph's tab, we have Arata and Jinwoo (Kai and Ji-Wan's boys), Hyuk (Hyeon and Hwan's son), Kyungmin (Kyung and Jong-Su's son), Daeseong (bunny shifter, tied to Eunwoo over on @hunting--grounds), Hajun (Daeseong and Eunwoo's son), Chanyeol (Idol OC, tied to Daeun), Kwang (squirrel shifter, tied to Sua), and Sejin (frat boy OC, friends with Jaeha). Obviously all of them are available to everyone, and if they get enough attention, I may move them to a different tab.

Lastly, muses still being worked on to add: Haneul, Hyunwoo, and Jisung of the stripper storyline (they'll probably go in secondary, with Hyunseok), Chuthiwat (futuristic apocalypse storyline OC), and Jung-hwa (supernatural Idol OC). Where the latter two will end up, I can't say for sure.

I'm thinking about setting up a section in my muses of characters that were created specifically for @files-of-the-lost. Things like kids of ships, or side characters that are part of larger stories.

They'd still be available for RP to other people, obviously, but they'd probably mainly be used by me and them.

I found out there was apparently a shooting in my apartment last night, while I was at work. So that's great.

I was ready to come home and get stuff done, but I ended up having to stay an hour later, cuz my coworker had to leave early, and me and my shift lead had to close alone. So I'm exhausted. I'll hopefully have some stuff done tomorrow, but we'll see. I'm really trying to get my motivation back, cuz I love RPing, my depression is just constantly getting in the way.

@files-of-the-lost is surprised I've not seen any of the Oceans movies. Boy are they gonna in for a real surprise when they discover how many other movies I have not seen.
