I'll never forget how my 4th grade English teacher gave us a creative writing assignment for "Seeing through someone else's eyes" and I decided to make mine about a wolf who caught a rabbit being suddenly transported into the rabbit's body after locking eyes with the dying animal, not being able to look away as the rabbit, now in the wolf's body, began to freak out and try to escape, only for both to end up injured and dying together any way and uh.. my teacher was so fucking proud of my work because she was so bored from reading so many "Ooh this classmate lives a different life than me haha I'm going to bully them when they can't do anything about it" assignments and only mine made it onto the chalkboard for everyone to read.
