Kaz chuckled as she spoke to him about making her twist. “Daring me, Nina~?” He spoke tossing in a learned Spanish accent on her name too. His hand head hers, but he let go on one to put is along her back and pulled her much closer. “I think I can make you twist and then some.” He chuckled.
A glance of surprise caught Nina as Kazuhira placed his hand on her back. The feeling of his warm body so close to her’s was enough to get her goosebumps.
“Don’t push your luck, kiddo.”
His behaving was the confirmation that she had him exactly where she wanted, but on the other hand she had to admit that the lack of girls on the base made his ‘man instinct’ to flirt even with a hole on the wall (sure of the fact that he already did it with Snake, but that was another story).
Kaz chuckled. “You started it.” He noted as he continued dancing though, he didn’t make any moves to push forward. He had a feeling this time it was just a front, because he didn’t miss the goose bumps that coursed over her skin. “Besides this is a close contact dance style anyway.
“So this is what you’ve been up to, Alice?” A rather thick, Russian accent broke the serenity of music just as Alice was letting Snake take full control of leading.
Kaz, Alice and Snake all looked up to the voice they heard to see a dashing, brunette, gently tanned Russian man who had clearly been in the military based on his toned arms and posture. He stood at 6 feet tall with his hair parted down the side and softly brushed to one side, leaving room for the sea breeze to ruffle it slightly. His face was similar to Alice’s, holding a hint of Native American influence in its structure, while his eyes were deeper blue than her own currently.
“Victor?” Alice spoke surprised as she stopped dancing completely. “What are you doing here?”
Nina smirked at Kaz's face, which consisted in his usual self-confident expression, like he had the whole world in his pocket — which it was true in a certain way.
When a thick russian accent broke the song, Nina looked straight to the source of the voice. A rather tall man was speaking directly to Alice, who was acting as she knew him pretty well. A strange familiarity in his face remainded Nina of the legends about Native Americans, but a further look told her how his eyes shape, his lips where similar to Alice's.

She couldn’t help but giggle, Kaz was so self-confident and shiny that throwing a shade on him was like turning off the sun.
Nina walked over him, grabbing directly his soft hands.
“C'mon, let me see what you can do.”
The woman didn’t want to fully exclude Snake and Alice, but as far as she knew, John wasn’t exactly that kind of gentlemen — hell, he was coordinated in fight but watching him dance was like watching a wooden stake move on quick sands — and Alice didn’t seemed the kind of girl interested in those things at all, but she’d bet her ass she was as good as Kaz.
Kaz frowned at him before losing that expression for a smirk as she took his hands.
Snake chuckled. “Pick the song, I’ll show you up any day. I’ve got a good partner too.” It was his competitive spirit talking with not wanting Kaz to show him up dancing with a woman, let alone Nina too. He reach over and took Alice’s hand pulling her over before she could anything to back out.
Alice smiled to him as she moved closer to her. “You sure, Boss?”
“Do you doubt me?” He looked to her eyes.
“No, but Nina’s background…”
Snake chuckled and looked to Nina and Kaz. “Don’t worry. We’ll beat them at their own game.”
“Listen up, kiddo. You are competitive, and he is too. Don’t let John win if you want to gain a chance on him. Understood?”
She spoke looking him directly on his eye’s shadow behind his aviators. Her words were sharp as a knife, using the same tone of voice she used to give orders.
If the two of them stopped just for a moment to mocking one another they could have been an hell of a team.
Kaz was smart, not particularly brilliant, but he was able to find a solution for any kind problem. His self-esteem and confidence was the ground in which he planted his own seeds of trust in John, trying in every way to gain a step above everyone else to Snake’s eyes.
It didn’t take Nina long to spot one of Kazuhira’s weak point.
“Pick the song, not something too difficult.”
Kaz just chuckled. “Don’t worry. I’ve always been able to beat him in a dance. I don’t think it’s boss who we should be worried about anyway. No one’s seen Alice dance. for all we know she could be a protege or something.” He spoke unaffected by the tone she used, though he knew well the competition at had and took it seriously. “She’ll still need a good lead if she’d going to win. This will be a piece of cake.” He grinned in his own cocky way.
Kaz smiled and leaned down to the radio he was using. “How about Bachata to Havana Affair?” He grinned looking between them all. “I hope you know it the steps.” He noted mostly to the other two while he took Nina’s hands again.
Alice laughed, the competitiveness drawing out a giggly emotion. “Of course, I do. Adrian taught when I was coming to Colombia on his boat.” She smiled and looked to snake who wasn’t as comfortable with it, but he knew enough to start. He wasn’t one that studied dance, but he’d seen other do it, including Adrian and Alice when she would drag him off to the bars with everyone else.
Nina couldn’t help but giggle a bit, that competition was going to end in a ridiculously bad way: most surely they were going to win and Snake would have faced his inglorious defeat, in other terms he would have been in a really bad mood for the next two days.
God, they indeed took it seriously.
Anyway, as the song started playing, Nina wasn’t actually sure if Kaz was that good at leading, but seeing him so fluid with the steps convinced her to be carried.
She really had to fight against herself to not look at their way, avoiding to burst out laughing on Kazuhira’s shoulder.
Snake wasn’t good on his feet for Bachata. It made Alice giggled softly before she took over. “Follow me…” She spoke and placed his hands on her hips. Her steps were fluid even on the sand, her bare feet light on the warm surface. Her hips moved under his hands while she counted off her steps. He followed right with her too.
Kaz himself knew much more about how to dance Bachata and lead with nearly fluid ease until he really got into it. He watched her face as he danced to the music, his hands resting a bit higher up on her than Snake’s.

The beat rang through the otherwise empty beach. One person was taking advantage of the massive space he had for a little extracurricular workout to the 70′s music he’d slightly zone out to while focusing on the music. Kaz had his eyes closed as he followed the steps that every note required, and he knew by heart. He had grace and elegance even in dance, a man truly leaking with potential.
However, with his potential, he would sometimes loose sight of what was in front of him. For example, now as he danced with his eye closed, he failed to noticed anyone coming into view of his dance workout. Though, he didn’t mind if anyone watched. The man was stunning in his black speedo, as much as Alice rolled her eyes at him every time he posed while she lay on a towel on her stomach down the beach in her own white bikini decorated with light blue designs.
Having a day off after all that shit they went through raised morale a lot among soldiers. The last few weeks have had most of them involved in multiple operations, not something big, but still stressful.
Especially, Nina noticed how Kaz would go on a support “marathon” of 48h straight, that’s when John decided to give them a day to spent doing anything but staying behind a gun.
So the soldiers decided to spent their free time at the beach, enjoy the warm Colombian sun. Most of them where occupied running behind a ball — football was a popular game among south American soldiers; while others decided to just let be carried peacefully by the ocean waves.
Nina caught that occasion to just crawl under sun’s rays, laying her towel on the soft, light sand. Her red bikini wasn’t really the best thing to show, since a lot of soldiers couldn’t really get their eyes off her, but she couldn’t care less. Near her shoulder, Alice’s nose bridge turned red due the sun hitting her translucent skin.
A few steps further, Kazuhira was doing some really weird. The woman rised her head, lying her weight on her folded elbow, under her shades, Nina couldn’t take her eyes off Kazuhira.
“Is he high?”
Kaz kept dancing, not really caring of those that may look his way. He’s show them up any day of the week with his skills.
Alice lifted her head, turning over as well since she could feel het skin starting to burn under the sun. She hated having fair skin for that reason. She could never have the tanned skin like her friend, Adrian Mao. Looking to Kaz, she rolled her eyes a bit. “No, he’s working out with dance.” She spoke, “He’s probably showing of, or just trying to be sexy in his speedo.”
Meanwhile, Snake had walked out onto the porch of the base lighting a cigar when he caught sight of the girls and grinned softly. He wandered down to the sand, watching them, though maybe Alice a bit more as he smoked his cigar. Once he was near them he finally noticed Kaz’s movements.
“He’s dancing again?” His response was one that held little surprise.
“Yes.”
“Thought it was something like ‘man, I can hear colors’ kind of thing, y’know, like back in Woodstock.” She giggled, before throwing back her head to feel the warmth on her face and neck. The smell of Cuban cigar preannounced its owner, Snake, who was walking towards the girls. That speedo made him totally vulnerable to the girl’s gaze since for once he left his hair free from the bandana. “ He’s giving you an opportunity, boss. Wanna join?” Said Nina, standing up once they finished talking. She knew he would mostly decline that invitation, but seeing Kaz compete for John’s attention would have been too hilarious to watch
Alice laughed. “I don’t know which one would be better, this or that.” She spoke and laid back down until she too smelled the scent of a cuban cigar and looked up to the amazing upward view of Snake. She blushed in an instant though held her tongue as she sat up again and sat cross-legged as she face him.
“Hey,” She grinned and received on back from the gorgeous man, who glistened slightly in the sun with his tan skin. Even the artificial scar looked hot.
Snake chuckled at Nina’s comment. “Really now?” He spoke as he looked to the dancing man then back to her.
Alice looked to Nina then back again, “Well, I bet you can really show him how to really workout. Wouldn’t it be fun to challenge him for fun? It’s our day off anyway.” She spoke to him.
Snake looked to Kaz as he thought it about it, “It would be.”
“Yeah, Alice’s right! We can’t lose this chance.”
Agreed Nina, pushing her gold aviators lower on her nose, revealing how her skin has heated on her cheeks. Sun was a true healer for her skin, tho it makes her really cold to touch, but it didn’t affects her temperature in a drastic way; actually it helped to develop melanin and other several vitamins who where essential for her regeneration process.
Nina had always felt ashamed by the scars on her back and thighs, some were just tiny bulletholes, some were inflicted by blades, however seeing the MSF soldiers showing their own injuries with pride light her heart a bit. For once, she didn’t had to explain or justify those marks.

And that was said with a smile, one of those big smiles Nina shared only if they were truly meant. She moved some steps to Kaz, expecting the couple to follow her.
Soon she discovered that Kazuhira was dancing to some popular songs in Colombia, but the fact he was dancing alone made him look like a some sort of creep, and that focused expression of his brought Nina a laugh.
Damn, that guy was really putting all himself into dancing.
Snake looked to Kaz and chuckled. “Terrible dancer, huh?” He spoke and looked at the girls. ”I’ll show you both I’m better than him.“ He wouldn’t have done this otherwise, but it was his day off and it would be fun to him just to show Kaz up a little bit.
Snake walked over to Kaz followed by Alice. Kaz stopped to look at them before commenting with his usual dose of gloat he had around Nina.
"Jealous of my dancing?” He commented as he looked between the girls and Snake.
Snake snorted and grinned. “No, but I can dance better.” That received a very quizzical look from Kaz before he laughed.
“70s is my game Boss.” He remarked with a sassy shift of his weight onto his hip.
“If 70s is really your game I'd be glad to directly jump into 80s, kiddo.”
She couldn't help but giggle, Kaz was so self-confident and shiny that throwing a shade on him was like turning off the sun.
Nina walked over him, grabbing directly his soft hands.
“C'mon, let me see what you can do.”
The woman didn't want to fully exclude Snake and Alice, but as far as she knew, John wasn't exactly that kind of gentlemen — hell, he was coordinated in fight but watching him dance was like watching a wooden stake move on quick sands — and Alice didn't seemed the kind of girl interested in those things at all, but she'd bet her ass she was as good as Kaz.

The beat rang through the otherwise empty beach. One person was taking advantage of the massive space he had for a little extracurricular workout to the 70′s music he’d slightly zone out to while focusing on the music. Kaz had his eyes closed as he followed the steps that every note required, and he knew by heart. He had grace and elegance even in dance, a man truly leaking with potential.
However, with his potential, he would sometimes loose sight of what was in front of him. For example, now as he danced with his eye closed, he failed to noticed anyone coming into view of his dance workout. Though, he didn’t mind if anyone watched. The man was stunning in his black speedo, as much as Alice rolled her eyes at him every time he posed while she lay on a towel on her stomach down the beach in her own white bikini decorated with light blue designs.
Having a day off after all that shit they went through raised morale a lot among soldiers. The last few weeks have had most of them involved in multiple operations, not something big, but still stressful.
Especially, Nina noticed how Kaz would go on a support “marathon” of 48h straight, that’s when John decided to give them a day to spent doing anything but staying behind a gun.
So the soldiers decided to spent their free time at the beach, enjoy the warm Colombian sun. Most of them where occupied running behind a ball — football was a popular game among south American soldiers; while others decided to just let be carried peacefully by the ocean waves.
Nina caught that occasion to just crawl under sun’s rays, laying her towel on the soft, light sand. Her red bikini wasn’t really the best thing to show, since a lot of soldiers couldn’t really get their eyes off her, but she couldn’t care less. Near her shoulder, Alice’s nose bridge turned red due the sun hitting her translucent skin.
A few steps further, Kazuhira was doing some really weird. The woman rised her head, lying her weight on her folded elbow, under her shades, Nina couldn’t take her eyes off Kazuhira.

The smell of Cuban cigar preannounced its owner, Snake, who was walking towards the girls. That speedo made him totally vulnerable to the girl’s gaze since for once he left his hair free from the bandana. “ He’s giving you an opportunity, boss. Wanna join?” Said Nina, standing up once they finished talking. She knew he would mostly decline that invitation, but seeing Kaz compete for John’s attention would have been too hilarious to watch
Alice laughed. “I don’t know which one would be better, this or that.” She spoke and laid back down until she too smelled the scent of a cuban cigar and looked up to the amazing upward view of Snake. She blushed in an instant though held her tongue as she sat up again and sat cross-legged as she face him.
“Hey,” She grinned and received on back from the gorgeous man, who glistened slightly in the sun with his tan skin. Even the artificial scar looked hot.
