Please help me find fanfic?!

Hello, I remember reading a batman fanfic on Achieve of Our Own, but now I can’t find it :( 

This is what I remember was in the fanfic:

- Tim rescues Jason from the Joke (not time travel) but Tim was there in the warehouse to save him. So, both Tim and Jason are young.

- Tim get horribly hurt in the saving-process, and Bruce takes him in to help him heal.

- Bruce and Janet and Jack Drake have a custody battle for Tim (Bruce wins that one)

- Tim is dealing with issues because of his parent terrible treatment of him.

- The fic is both angst and comfort.

- Alfred is the boss, as always.

I have tried searching on Archive of our Own for days and just can’t find it with different tags :( Does anyone know what it is called, or who the author is? Or has a link to it?

Disney Princess with glasses?

With all the talk of having Elsa from frozen coming out as gay in frozen 2 (which I support!) could it be possible to finally having a Disney princess with glasses? I have glasses and as a child i refused to wear them even though I needed them, simply because I knew I would be bullied. Maybe if a Disney princess had worn glasses, maybe kids wouldn't have been so quick to judge.

What can we do to #SaveHannibal ?

This afternoon Fannibals around the world were crushed to hear that NBC officially pulled the plug on Hannibal. We've been struggling ever since Season 1 to keep the show on the air and it's been ...

So what can we do?

Call Netflix at 866-579-7172.  Everyone should do this.  If you don’t have a phone that can call that number, try setting up a Google Voice or a Skype number.  And even if you are phone shy, write out a script and make the call.  It’s easy, I swear.  When I called I asked for step by step instructions for what fans can do.  The person who answered the phone told me that we should tell the representatives that answer that we want to “leave feedback.”  Then we explain that Hannibal was recently cancelled by NBC and we’d like to see Netflix pick it up as a Netflix Original Series.

Contact Hulu.  Their phone number is only available to Hulu subscribers, but their email contact is open to everyone.  Considering that Hannibal won their 2015 Best In Show Award, they may actually listen to the fandom.  Definitely mention that when you contact them.

Contact Amazon Studios.  There is no phone number for Amazon Studios, but I have an email request for further clarification on how we can contact them about saving this show.  If you’d like to call the general customer service line, the number is 888-280-3321.  Press 0 to get to the “other” line, and then explain you would like to send a message to Amazon Studios. They will likely be told the same thing I was told, but if you get more information please let me know and I will update this post accordingly.  Likewise, I will update this space when I receive a response, but at this time the best thing you can do is to submit a request via that link.

Both Netflix and Hulu have saved shows from cancellation before, but in order for this to work, Fannibals need to act now and in great numbers.

Hey, this is particularly for international Fannibals like me, who might be  wondering how to help #SaveHannibal:

- We may not be able to use the Netflix phone number, but we can give feedback to Netflix through the live chat! I had a lovely chat with a customer service representative who was also a Fannibal, and she was more than happy to pass on my feedback.

- Tweet: make sure to tag  #SaveHannibal, post art, and reblog others, especially those who are in the US, and anyone using the hashtag. The bigger the unique audience is, the better!

- Sign the petitions – there’s a lot of different ones, and the more noise the better, but it’s best to first make sure to sign the biggest ones for maximum impact.

- Vote in polls, like this one for best fandom, which we’re losing to Outlander. Get voting Fannibals!!

- Don’t boycott NBC and stop watching Hannibal, it won’t do us any favours – watch on the NBC website using a vpn each, and keep the support up as much as possible for the rest of season 3!!! Be as vocal as possible, and make NBC regret not renewing it and encourage another broadcaster to pick up the show.

It’s the inclusion of Storm. (Storm? Pretty sure that’s Storm.) And in a way where, yes, representation saves lives.

See, here’s a weird medical fact: black women are more likely to get breast cancer and nobody knows why. It’s a medical mystery. Now, I want you to do a fun exercise: tell me the last time you saw a breast cancer awareness campaign that included black women. Go on, I’ll wait. Speaking as someone active with the cause whose aunt is even more active with the cause, here’s my answer: In eight years of working for awareness across four states, I have never seen a single black woman in any breast cancer campaign. Ever.

Black women are also more likely to die of breast cancer because they’re less likely to catch it early. That’s not genetics, that’s math. The sooner you begin treatment, the better your prognosis. Black women are less likely to know how to do self-exams and because of the socioeconomic divide, less likely to see an OB/GYN annually. And they’re ignored by awareness campaigns.

Tell your black friends. And spread this like wildfire. Because they are more at risk than you are.
