It’s been well over 8+ years since I began this court case against my father, I started it as soon as my brother passed away due to suicide caused by the ptsd he had suffered from my father for our childhood abuse my brother and I both suffered physical, psychological, sexual, emotional abuse from him throughout our childhood and due to this me and my brother never had a normal brother and sister relationship even though it’s not technically seen as murder I see my father solely responsible for my brothers death, and so since I cannot have that charge put upon him it has been everything in my power to make him pay to the best of my abilities and so going through this process of the case, it has been awful constantly reliving my trauma the flashbacks the night terrors the symptoms of ptsd and triggers intensifying but a few days ago I finally got word of the date of the trial finally after so long and I hope you can all think of me and my brother and wish us both luck to put this sick man away for what he has done.
