Remember the ladder I started up cycling for our upcoming wedding back in 2016! Well this is how it's looking. It's had a sand and a coat of teak oil but the teak oil had made it a little dark so we're now on the hunt for some light wood coloured paint. There will be a video on YouTube when it is finally finished and we wedding is over with 🛠 #DIY

This weekend I started the revival of this bench that I got for a friend for free last year when she was clearing out for her new garden. So far it has been sanded with an electric sander and primed with Cuprinol clear wood preserver. I will need to add some extra support under the bench to make it stronger and secure the wooden panel at the front that's falling off before painting. Once the bench is completed there will be a video on my YouTube channel to show you how I did it and how much it cost me. I hope to finish it before the end of May depending on the weather so stay tuned 🗓

Hand made Olaf for a friends leaving present (a fellow Disney fan). Added a red ribbon to give it a Christmas feel, but these decorations don't have to be just for Christmas hang them up and leave them out all year round!

I saw some stickers online were you could make it look like you had a mouse hole in your skirting/kick boards. So I thought I could paint that myself and I did. This cute little mouse hole and washing line is in our porch. 🐭

2 years ago I up cycled this nest of 2 tables. They were sanded, painted white, painted with a bright coloured wall paint before putting art work and magazine clippings on the top under a plate of glass.
