"Christ, I don’t know how you get through, y’know, college and that. I barely passed high school."
"Honestly, I don't know either. I'm beginning to wonder if my sanity was ever clear to begin with." Pandora laughed.

"Christ, I don’t know how you get through, y’know, college and that. I barely passed high school."
"Honestly, I don't know either. I'm beginning to wonder if my sanity was ever clear to begin with." Pandora laughed.
"Hey, good job!"
"As long as I passed them I'm gonna be okay. Only a few more weeks of school left."
"I can breathe again! Midterms are over! I donno how I did, but they're over."
"Like cold medicine?"
"I was not thinking along those lines... I was thinking more about... like anxiety or depression medicines."
"I am not sick. I refuse to get sick."
"I have anti sick medicine if you'd like to try that. Unless... it's a different sort of sick than I'm thinking about."
"Do you have any aspirin? Or, paracetamol? Morphine, maybe?"
"I think morphine might be taking it a little too far dude," Pandora said with a laugh. "You look like you could use a drink."
Pandora probably should have texted Jessica before she went to the station. There were a million reasons that this was a bad idea. But Dora didn't really care in the current moment. In fact, she just wanted something to do. Perhaps checking out the police station was something she could do before deciding what she was going to do after school. It was weird graduating in a few months. She only had one semester left of school. Her whole future was just right in front of her and she didn't know what to do. Although the idea of working with the police was something satisfying to her. With what had gone on with the shooting, she knew that she probably shouldn't go visit, but out of strange curiosity, she wanted to see.
"Is Jessica here?" she asked the woman at the front desk. But she didn't expect the red haired girl to be here. The woman shook her head and replied with a firm no. Pandora frowned, and leaned against the wall. She looked around, trying to see if she could get a feel for the place, but not really sure what was going on.
"Mmm, you worried his rather pitiful game."
"He didn't have any game to begin with," Pandora laughed. "The woman was uncomfortable."
"I’m sorry that guy was an asshole, how about I make it up to you by buying you a drink?"
"It's alright. I brought it on myself. Never tell a guy who is flirting with someone that he's got a girlfriend. They tend to not like that."
"Look at them! Pour them on me in a box! They’re so cute!"
"Ugh, I know right. Cats are super adorable. If only I had one. Maybe I should get a cat."
"I am unsure as to whether she and I will need the same lessons. My sister is a lady; however, she is also a diva. Her attitude comes from a sense of entitlement and a world of praise."
"Nah, I'll just tutor her on what she needs tutored for and you with your lessons. Maybe she needs anti-diva lessons. Just kidding. She's really not that big of a diva."
"One could always indulge in a sensory experience rather than immersing one’s self in nature. I have heard that the technology behind the oculus rift continues to improve." The three dimensional headset promised to realistically portray the details of certain media making the user feel as if they were experiencing what was occurring around them, although Tony held the idea that such a thing would merely be a cheap imitation of reality. "I shall have to obtain etiquette lessons from you, Miss Surrey."
"This is also true. Or getting like four projectors and projecting forest scenes onto white sheets and pretending. I guess I think that still defeats the purpose of nature, but still." Pandora laughed. She still didn't think she'd do that. She liked home. "I'll just tutor all you and Marie at the same time. Less work for me,' she smiled. "I don't think you're that bad though. You're nicer than she is most of the time. Not that she can't be nice, she just doesn't choose to be."
"That wouldn’t be fair. I wouldn’t do that to you." Rebecca gave her friend a playful nudge. Her expression changed when Pandora changed the subject. "I dunno." she said honestly. She didn’t want to tell Pandora that Robin’s group traveled and so would Rebecca eventually because Rebecca had gotten used to Regium in a way she never had with any of the other cities the gang stayed in. She wasn’t sure yet what it was. "It’s kinda dangerous here. Maybe you’d be better off going somewhere safer. I wouldn’t want you to get hurt."
Although pandora didn't know what to say to Rebecca, she just smiled at the blonde. For a second she tried to think of something to say, but then just shrugged. Part of her wanted to follow Rebecca no matter where she went, but she knew that wouldn't be possible. Smiling lightly she finally replied, "I guess I haven't made a decision yet, but I want to keep in contact with you." That was all she could say. Nothing else came to her mind. Pandora was smart enough not go get herself hurt, but she didn't know if the same could be said for Rebecca.
"Da-da-dee-doo— Answer or die." Luciano pressed the phone to his ear and waited. "What’s your money on?"
"Granted, I don't know the other person on the line, or you for the matter, I'm not going to bet any money," Pandora rolled her eyes at the man who was sitting beside her.
Careful Creativity // Jennifer & Pandora
Jennifer chuckled lightly at Pandora’s joke. She imagined she got a lot of puns and jokes made from her name. She couldn’t imagine the poor girl ever trying to do anything involving boxes. “I won’t.” she promised with a small smile. “I imagine you get enough jokes with a name likes yours. I think it’s really pretty, though, for what it’s worth. Maybe I’m just a bit jealous, having a name as plain as Jennifer.” she suggested with a shrug and a nervous smile.
Jennifer was confused when Pandora took out her laptop and calmly informed her that she wouldn’t be paying attention. “Really?” Either Pandora needed this class, in which case she should pay attention, or she’d taken it for a fun elective, in which case why wouldn’t she want to pay attention? “A-Alright. You can look at my notes if he makes us take any. Most professor’s don’t even keep you the whole time on the first day, but I’ve heard this class is a real bear.”
The dark haired girl grinned, thinking that she made the right choice (even if it was the only choice) in sitting beside Jennifer. "Good because, I do get those jokes and they suck." Although most of the time, she let people call her Dora. She didn't like many other nicknames. "See, but having a plain name, means that you don't get to be teased for your name. I don't think it's that bad, but maybe I'm just biased." Pandora said with a smile.
Pandora wasn't going to lie and say that she was going to pay attention. She wasn't that sort of person. Instead she just casually smiled at Jennifer, trying to seem innocent, without the feeling of being an idiot. Despite normally not paying attention to her classes, Pandora was actually decent at multitasking. She didn't like to just around and do nothing. She shrugged at Jennifer. "I can multi-task. It's cool. I don't need notes to study. I mean, I just read the text book. And sometimes record the lectures," she shrugged. "The first day of classes are always the most boring," she rolled her eyes.
Tony shrugged, not wishing to argue with the woman. Each person was entitled to their preference, although Tony strongly believed that a trek through the wild or even a park rejuvenated the mind and refreshed the body. “Even the briefest respite from the unnatural world helps. One needs not travel the world when there are joys to found in one’s own backyard.” He smiled at Pandora. “I do appreciate that.”
Although most people liked the outdoors, Pandora never liked it. She didn't know how to explain why she didn't like it, but she preferred the indoors. It wasn't dirt or anything-- it was just how she was. "This is also true. I can enjoy "camping" from my own back yard. Although it's problematic because I don't actually have a backyard. Maybe one day," she mused. "Of course! I'm just trying to be helpful," Pandora smiled and laughed.
"You simply must. We are of the earth and to the earth we shall return. One can never truly know themselves without knowing the world in which they live. But I do understand the need to achieve an institutionalized education. I never shall understand how they can preach the theory of the world without allowing students to explore it." Tony chuckled, placing his fork down and dabbing at his face with the napkin. "I give you my word as a gentleman that I shall endeavor never to disgust a lady again."
"I'm not really the outdoor type, but my friend... Rebecca, she talked about it the other day. So maybe we'll do that soon. I think it might be fun." Pandora had never been one to love to travel. In fact, she was content with never leaving the city. "Yeah, I agree with that. I don't want to, um do that much traveling, but that's just how I am. I'm one in about a million in that aspect. I'm find with being here or home the rest of my life." She smiled. "Oh, I don't find it disgusting. I'm just warning you."
