i will never get over this scene it's so funny how he starts shouting and swearing at jane and telling her off and in response jane casually kills him and then brings him back to life and his attitude takes a complete 180. also i just like how these images are back-to-back, he starts hiding behind kanaya and then a tree immediately after. iconic.

i have a problem with every mod that makes the characters Younger and 'sexier/prettier/whateverer'

But I especially have a problem when modders do it to Astarion, because his entire romance arc is about ensuring him you think of him as more than a sex object and he has his own agency with you, and how much he was treated as a sex object for 200 years

because it just, directly shows that some people look at him as just a sex object and handsome face and not an actual person (and i know, i know it's a game but like, shut up)

like outside the general very bad Ageism of so many of those types of mods removing wrinkles and any type of aged look from people, they BARELY ever look any better and end up being uncanny valley or too much like an airbrushed model (not counting the mods that make people into let's say, Handsome Squidward looking fellas, those are obviously jokes)

and it just makes me so angry that people install these to make Astarion look more handsome AS IF HE ISN'T HE PRETTIEST BASTARD IN THE WHOLE GOD DAMN GAME (respectfully)
