Crazy how we are everything that has happened to us but then you meet someone and you don’t see everything that has happened to them you just see them. And you both try to explain everything that has happened to you but your words and memories are so biased and oversimplified.

When you drink a hot beverage and you feel the heat spilling and blooming in your chest… There is nothing like it!
This is Pokémon NPC dialogue
I like to wear bandaids on my boo boos cause that shows the ladies that yeah I am rugged but I also am cautious about infection
She's not wrong.
All I’ve learned from this post is that the loophole to exploit to monetize your fanfiction is to record yourself explaining it on YouTube and call it criticism.
Dragon Ball fans KNOW what I'm about to post here
#men write fanfic the normal way too#but you know this is how the men who scoff at fanfic write it
This 1000 year old Katana looks as good as it did the day it was made. [3746x3024]

Oh man… This is no longer my lane but I can’t leave this at “1000 year old sword”.
This is Mikazuki. The Crescent Moon blade.
This sword was crafted by Sanj(y)o Munechika and is older than 1000 years. (The Smith’s oldest signed work is from 987).
There are only 5 of the smith’s pieces remaining and this one exhibits one of the first times in history that the Japanese sword takes on it’s utilitarian curved shape.
This sword was owned by a laundry list of important historical figures including Oda Nobunaga’s general Toyotomi Hideyoshi who unified Japan.
You are essentially looking at a Japanese Excalibur.
I am humbled to even be able to see a picture of this sword.
this is the biggest plot twist of our generation
I thought there was no way he could come out of that looking like a winner and he proved me wrong so hard
NASA astronaut Karen Nyberg is a self proclaimed crafter. A week ago she made a stuffed dinosaur from scraps on the space station. The little T-rex is made form the lining of Russian food containers and the toy is stuffed with scraps from an old T-shirt. While many toys have flown into space, this is the first produced in space.

thinking about archaeologists have found animal figurine toys in children's graves in siberia from ~20,000 years ago, and how king tutankhamen kept all of his duck tunics, sandals, toys, etc etc from his childhood in a chest carved with ducks until he died, and how victorian children were often photographed with their favorite toys, and how in a study, they found that kids today draw owls in a remarkably similar way to the way children engraved owls 5000 years ago, and how the women in my family passed down a little wooden bus with little wooden children from generations, even to me, and how someday the kids that come after will play with the same toys their parents and grandparents and even great-grandparents played with, and how even amidst wars and natural disasters and massacres and heartache and violence, children have always and will always find a way to be children. and i think fun is maybe the ribbon that ties all of humanity together. and that ribbon is embroidered with love.
