Reached… Book 8… DNF….
I couldn’t do it. Read bits and pieces but it didn’t give me the urge to continue it. like it didn’t make me wonder what happened or how did it end….
I’m thinking of finding a little library and donating them.. maybe the next person that reads it has better luck and patience than me.
I’ve been reading AO3 and catching up on fanfics until my next read… we’ll see how That goes…

Well it’s taking some time. I’m struggling to keep reading it, because life is getting in the way haha. But in all honesty, it’s just not picking up the pace as much as I would have liked. I’m still reading it… just taking a lot longer than usual.

Crossed by Ally Condle
The second book in the dystopian world.
So this book really had me so confused at first, it wasn’t until I reached the ending that I finally understood what was going on, but when it did click, I was like wow, it all makes sense. When they finally leave the society that they were in, and trying to find the rebellion, it shows the struggles a person takes to find the other side and the one they love.
I give this book a 2 out of 5 just because it took me a while to finally understand it and understand what they were looking for.

This is a dystopian book, and gotta be honest didn’t know if I’d actually enjoy it or not. It’s a trilogy and I found all 3 books together for 15$ in awesome conditions, so I thought why not.
Turns out it’s a cute book. At first it’s confusing and took me a minute to understand, but it was good. It picks up more towards the end obviously, so the next book would peek your interest.. and hey I’m not complaining. It’s more of a junior book, nothing to crazy in it, just lots of trying to understand the type of society they live in.
I give this a 3 out of 5, just because it took me a few to understand their lives and what they have to do and how boring their life can be sadly.

I grew up in a household of sports, whether is hockey, football, baseball, occasionally basketball. It was Utley, and Rollins, AI and Korver, McNabb and Dawkins(💚), Forsberg and Lindros..
Always used to watch, and know every detail, but life gets in the way and now with my own boys we watch whatever we can…
Now, everybody is getting into the sport scene more and more from different things, and you’re automatically included into that group,,,, a new fan, only here for the looks, only here because it’s trending..

You know… you only have well intentions, you only want the best for those in your life, you’re always there for them through thick and thicker. Being there time and time again, but God forbid you have an opinion, or you joke about something and they don’t like it, then it’s all hands on deck and let’s just that person, it’s tiring, annoying and honestly over with it. You have a problem, don’t come to me more, you have a situation your lying about to get out of, nope don’t message me, I’m too tired for this, and personally don’t want to deal with it when that’s all you bring. I’m sick and tired of you using me for your venting but can’t even speak to me with respect. For goodness sake I’m your dam AUNT! But forget about it now. I’m revoking that title, I’m revoking your ability to reach out, and I’m ignoring you in the future. FIGURE YOUR SHIT OUT BY YOURSELF!

The last letter by Rebecca Yarros
Let me be honest, I knew this book was going to put me in my feels a bit… didn’t know it’ll have me crying tears rolling down my face, nose dripping and trying to calm my breathing. I needed a book that’ll test out my emotions, and this one did it.
The book was really well written, I enjoyed the letters and enjoyed how it went back and forth with the main characters POV, how they all connected and how their feelings where written made me feel it too.
Honestly speaking, I figured out who everyone was crying about wasn’t who you’d expect, and it still broke my heart in many pieces.

Cross the line… by Simone Soltana
I give this book a 2.5-3 out of 5. It was cliche, and cute no doubt about it, but to me it felt like a wattpad story. I didn’t like the way it was written, I don’t know if it’s just me, but some ways of like the characters speaking or their actions it just didn’t feel good. The plot was nice, but I wish there was a real problem, a real situation and not just about the love. But again these are my opinions,,, maybe someone would really enjoy her books, but I don’t think I’d read it again or any of her other books esp if they are written the same way.

It’s a dark, military, romance.
Honestly didn’t think I’d enjoy it as much as I did., had an actual plot, action romance(spicy).
Out of 5… I give it a 4.

Second book I read this year… for science…
Heated Rivalry..mm let’s just say the book was better than the show, but the actors are what bring the show to life.
Overall I give it 4/5… just because the book had more to it than the show.
Let’s see how many books I finish this year… (if I remember to record them haha… )
Book 1 - snowed in by Catherine Walsh
I read it to get me out of my funk… it’s cute, cliché, did its job. Would I read it again.. probably not. But I give it 3/5 just because I knew what would happen and it didn’t give me a real sense of problem.
It pisses me off when you ask for help with something from someone that already accomplished what I needed help with, and within mins they tell their family in detail what happened on that phone call, then their family calls you up to tell you make sure you only get help from their child..
1.) Why TF you go blabbing your mouth about what was spoken in confidentially.
&
2.) Who TF are you telling me who to get help from.
Now I don’t want your help, and I don’t even want to continue with it. You all got ahead of yourselves and ruined it. Round if applause👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
