Michael is the REAL victim here....
So last night, I had the misfortune to meet with a couple of trolls on Twitter, who were clearly keen on stirring up the hate against Michael, with regard to Wade Robson's ridiculous allegations against the late singer.
It first started with the fact that The MJ Estate feel Wade Robson is not entitled to review the molestation files, citing that Robson filed his claim too late (http://radaronline.com/exclusives/2014/05/michael-jackson-wade-robson-molestation-case-new-legal-drama/) - ABSOLUTELY TRUE!
I went on to tweet that there is no reason for Robson to have access to this file, since the FBI file, covering 16 years of investigations against Michael was released in September 2009.
My comment was met with; "well according to Diane Dimond, the FBI file is fake."
I cannot begin to tell you how many ways the above statement is wrong. First, I'm certainly NOT going to believe a claim made by the Devil herself, an "investigative journalist" with zero credibility and whom has seemingly made it her career to bash Michael at every opportunity.
Let's not forget people, that Dimond called Victor Gutierrez "one of her best sources" when it came to reporting on allegations of sexual abuse against Michael Jackson. Victor, in case some people aren't aware, claimed he had a video depicting 27 minutes of Michael molesting a child - recorded by one of Michael's security cameras.
Victor was challenged to deliver the video to prove it existed. Victor and Dimond were sued by Michael (unfortunately Dimond with help from Tom Sneddon, escaped unscathed), while Victor was ordered to pay $2.7 million in damages. He didn't pay, fled the country and eventually filed for bankruptcy. Needless to say, I am NOT going to take anything Dimond says as "gospel", and no amount of bullshit will change my mind on this matter.
I went on in my tweets to explain that every single person who has made an allegation against Michael has done so for money.
Jordan Chandler - or rather Evan Chandler - did he go down the justice route? No, he went for money.
Gavin Arvizo - or rather the entire Arvizo clan - money - in fact they were known for trying to extort celebrities and even tried it with J C Penny.
Wade Robson - waits until Michael is dead to suddenly "remember" he was abused by Michael. Goes for money NOT for justice.
Yes, you can still get justice when the alleged abuser is dead. You go to the police, and they open up an enquiry - I don't see Robson doing this.
So these trolls then decided to bring up several other "victims".
Terry George - who claimed Michael had "forced" him to have phone sex with him when he was 13 and Michael was 19.
First, you CANNOT force somebody to have phone sex with you. It is impossible.
Secondly, in the wake of the Chandler case, George decided to sell his story to the tabloids. Funny how he suddenly "remembered" being abused by Michael, the moment Evan Chandler started making a lot of noise.
George who enjoyed "interviewing famous people" had a habit of recording the phone calls he had with celebrities. So if this alleged "forced phone sex" ever took place, surely there would be a tape of it? The fact is, no tape exists - or it certainly didn't end up in the hands of Tom Sneddon...
I should point out that George now owns a phone sex company.....
The next "victim" mentioned was Daniel Kapon. Daniel alleged that Michael molested him from the age of 3 to 9 years old. Funnily enough, he also sold his story to the tabloids....hmmm, am I seeing a pattern here?
Under interrogation, Daniel's story kept changing; stating that he was molested when he was between 10 and 14 years old, and then when he was 15 years old.
A lawsuit against Michael, for the "molestation" of Daniel was dismissed after Daniel failed to show up for the start of the trial.....
The message really is clear here. You don't need to believe the crap from tabloids, trolls and so-called "victims". The fact is, in 16 years of investigations against Michael Jackson, there was NO EVIDENCE indicating any guilt on Michael's part. If you read the FBI file, you will note that on many of the pages, the word "nothing" is scrawled. The photos taken during the Chandler investigation do not match Jordy Chandler's description. The court transcript from the 2005 is laughable to say the least...the Arvizos claiming they were kidnapped by Michael and held hostage at Neverland....only to escape and return of their own free will. Janet Arvizo at one point claiming that Michael kidnapped them in a hot air balloon...yes I can really see that one happening!
The only TRUTH here is that Michael was, is and always will be INNOCENT. He begged for his day in court - he had it, and he won. He told us repeatedly that he was an innocent man, and a jury agreed with him.
He maintained one thing throughout the whole ordeal; "lies run sprints, truth runs marathons." The TRUTH ran that marathon and then some and it will run the marathon again. It is TRUTH which will always win over the lies of these greedy "victims"
