Hi, Hello, my name is Arcade! I use He/they Pronouns, and I'm a cosplayer (among other things)!
Basically, TikTok is likely going to be banned over here in the US, so I decided to make a tumblr for my cosplay since I already post on here a ton!
I primarily cosplay MCYT, but I also have cosplays from plenty of other fandoms, with plans for much much more!!

As promised in my first post here is all the progress photos from when I made my juppet!! There are some jumps since I made him around a month before con and some parts were quite rushed!!
In all honesty finding and creating patterns was one of the most time-consuming parts, I had a specific vision in mind so I spent quite a while looking through patterns online. This is the body pattern and while I can't find the website I originally used for the head pattern this one is pretty much the same!
Most puppet tutorials use contact cement, and I can understand why after using hotglue for this section. It was so annoying and I ended up with a few burns asdfhsj
Now here's one of the big jumps, I don't have any photos from making the body or putting the 'skin' on :(( but I basically took the foam patterns and added seam allowance then glued the edges on the inside of the foam (which you can kinda see in the second photo below!)
Then it was onto the arms! Which,,,,, I really struggled with,,,, my original plan was to sew them on my machine but,, it warped them so badly I had to redo them.
Next step was to connect the body with the neck which is what is shown in the first photo below, I just hotglued the neck fabric to the bottom of the body. Attaching the arms was much easier, just hand sewing the open side onto the body!
While I do have photos of the making of the shirt it isn't anything special and I don't want to have too many photos here asfdhsd
The eyes are just cardboard circles wrapped with fabric and the nose was made out of foam clay then also wrapped in fabric, then just attached to the face with hotglue!
Now the picture of the right looks like a finished juppet right? Wrong! I didn't have time to finish putting on all his hair (which is just yarn glued on) and he had massive bald spots. I had gone to con that day with 3 hours of sleep and a lot of monster in my system ashdfs
Now here is a beautiful finished Juppet with his amazing hair!
