Will be a night that I won’t forget. The night I asked my gf of 5 years to be my wife. Which is Something I thought I’d never see myself doing or thought that far ahead. I guess since I fought so hard to seek what I was missing was right next to me all this time. To let her know how important she is in my journey through life that I can’t do alone.
Even though in my POV I’m considered a perfectionist and wasn’t able to get clear video footage of her being serenaded by her favorite singer. It still Is something that will be forever etched in my memory and her heart. And with that being said is way much more important than that.
I’ve never experienced anything like this but looking at her how she sleeps with a smile on my face knowing that she will be my forever is something shocking. But with her calm, steadfast mindset, a flurry of emotions flows across her face as well. And we’re both in this together. And we’ll be well prepared for whatever is thrown at us.
Out of all the trials we’ve been through I cannot be any happier that we’ve made it here. I love you.
Because matter can neither be created nor destroyed (on a practical, general level), your body is actually as old as the universe is. Nothing that is part of you didn’t exist elsewhere billions of years ago.

In the slums of Cebu this past summer playing a pickup game of basketball in a village...what started out as me Photographing their game of 20-30 playing and watching, turned into a crowd of 300 who greeted me with open arms and smiles as well as curiosity.
Not to mention that I was the only person playing in regular shoes while everybody else was playing barefoot or in flip flops...since the ground was so uneven that I couldn’t dribble straight, I just went with what I knew and dunked on everybody lol almost felt like a superstar with the cheers and claps after each dunk.
This was one of the most humbling experiences in all of my travels, many have never seen a black person except online or on tv through movies, music or sports...the love, respect and admiration is real..and for that experience I’m grateful
