We're playing more of our campaign finale tomorrow - it feels a little strange to sit down with our silly math rocks when the world is actively becoming a scarier place.

But in the past two years, I've been really grateful for our little D&D story.

All these successive catastrophes have a numbing effect, and it's frightening to struggle to feel things.

There's a lot of comfort in sitting down with the people you care about, and making a story together that helps you start to feel your feelings - even if it's just fiction.
