So I have finally done it!!! I took the plunge and am going to start working on my health and fitness. With my last pregnancy I gained 48lbs. And I can not get it off. I've also been dealing with ppd as of late. I need to get healthy for my family and myself. So, thankfully I found a wonderful team of people to help motivate me to obtain this goal.
