The holidays are approaching, and I absolutely love decorating our mantle. One thing I wish we had was a plug in on our mantle, but it’s over to the right of it. Having our chair next to the fireplace usually hides the cord at Christmas, so this year I wanted to find a battery powered string of lights.

I was excited for the opportunity to review  Voneta Globe String Lights Battery Operated 40 LED Crystal Ball Fairy Lights ▏13.2FT Warm White Campaign.

They’re not too bright, they give off a very warm and cozy glow. The battery box is very easy to hide, I’ve tucked it behind my “Trick or Treat” sign. It’s made of frosted glass and is rather small. I look forward to lighting up our mantle to show case my favorite holiday decorations.
