FREE. Screentones, pens, fonts, anything you can imagine are all available for free when you use Medibang. 

The creators are amazing to work with–they have a tumblr for any questions you may have with the program!

And to top it all off, the official website and tumblr are both full of amazing tutorials to make the best out of the program. 

Literally all you need to do before using Medibang is make an account to get full access to the cloud of pens/materials/fonts/data storage/data sharing, which, again, is FREE!
