Detective Blurr has to come to terms with owning a "Constructed" called Shockwave— a super-soldier who's been repurposed to aid the Cybertronian Security Force as a tracker. As their lives begin to intertwine, they learn of each other's pasts, and begin to question the foundation that keeps the Commonwealth running. Things become even more complicated when conflicting feelings begin to arise on both sides.
