For week two of Stricklake month, Choice. I thought I'd try something new and practice drawing fancy clothes~

Below the cut are some portrait close ups and just an explaination for the context of this drawing!

This particular drawing is from a scene in my post RoTT fic, Challenging Destiny, chapter 29. Where Strickler, Barbara and a few others from team Trollhunters end up in an interview after revealing magic to the world, and Strickler decides to go to Douxie to get help to tailor some of his more dressy clothes to his troll form.

The reason it fits with the prompt choice is since Strickler is making the choice to combine his human and troll sides in choosing to wear human clothes in troll form, proudly displaying his identity as a changeling. That is also why he looks a bit worried lol.

It was also an opportunity to put Barbara in a dress and a different hairstyle, while providing some support for Walt here. I'm pretty pleased with the result! I think I finally have a more consistent 'style' now.
