Czar Dragon/Zombone
Guardian of Barrel Volcano.
Chef Torte
Seen in Marrymore alongside his apprentice. Holding mini-Raspberry, because why not.
Alley Rat
First seen on the Sunken Ship. This one in particular is one of the ones that command Bill Blasters.
It really did feel like forever ago since they first met, and the Terrapin couldnât help but reminisce about that day but a little bit. While revealing his part in the war against Smithy made things just a bit awkward, their friendship had flourished so much that his cowardice that day barely even mattered.
Jagger chuckled when Red offered to help him and Jinx in their time of need. âHeh, Iâll keep that in mind, dude. Thanks.â
The ninjakoopa continued, wishing for the both of them to be stronger and hoping for a future alliance when the time to face Mario came.
âNow thatâs something Iâd like to see. Iâd pay coins to see the look on his mustached face if he realized he had to fight all six of us.â
When Red held out his fist, Jagger looked at it for a second and smirked. The Terrapin then weakly twirled his fist twice before bumping it against Redâs, imitating his old unitâs method of attack.
After following Red outside as per his instruction, Jagger couldnât help but look around. He was absolutely awestruck by the view his best friend was showing him, and silently wondered if a lowly grunt like him was even authorized to be up here.
âYeah, I can certainly see why you guys come up here.â he replied, looking over the castle. âKinda reminds me of..before Smithy and his mecha-goons showed up, of Bowserâs old castle before a giant sword put a big honkinâ hole in its ceiling, heh heh. The view there wasnât as...peaceful as this, though. Wonder what happened to that old place.â
His head dipped as he started getting lost in nostalgia. Before he could get too deep, however, he spotted Red staring wistfully at the sky from the corner of his eye.
âSomethinâ on your mind, Red?â
âHm?â Jagger looked to Koopa Red as the latter called for him, smiling at his invitation to hang out. âSure! We have some time before Sergeant Flutter comes back, I donât see why not.â
Jinx looked up at his student. âDonât be too long. You know how he is about punctuality.â
âTrust me, I wouldnât dare be late after the last earful he gave me.â
âHeh, I doubt itâd matter all that much if everything you say about Blackâs cooking holds true.â Jagger replied. âWhich judging by the smell alone, it just might.â
After thanking the Bros for having them for breakfast, the two of them started eating. Jagger wasnât particularly used to the cuisine laid out before him, as it was far different from his usual choice of breakfast. It tasted amazing all the same, however, and he quickly found just barely holding himself back from scarfing the delicious foodstuffs down.
Jinx, meanwhile, ate his food slowly to properly savor and appreciate the foreign flavors. The praises the Bros had sung about Koopa Blackâs cooking definitely held true, and the minuscule master commended the young koopa for his culinary prowess when he was finished.
"Ha ha, of course! Almost getting my shell smashed in works up one of the biggest appetites!â he chuckled reaching behind his head, only to cringe and pull his hand up front and clutch it again. He quickly realized he idly scratched the back of his head with his sore hand.
Jinx raised an eyebrow and smirked before letting out a small chuckle. âI wouldnât say Iâm quite as hungry as my student, but Iâm all for trying something new.â
I havenât drawn for a while, have I? Well, how about I fix that?
This is a remake of a rather old (and terrible) drawing, as a sort of test to see how much Iâd improved. You may find the original here, but I warn you, itâs bad. I also made the error of calling the attack aura Valor Up instead of Vigor Up. Oops.
âJagger, while Iâm impressed with how much youâve improved since the last time I used my SIlver Bullet technique,â Jinx paused, crossing his arms, âit wasnât necessary, nor wise, to challenge it.â
âI...I know.â Jagger winced, âI guess I was thinking about what happened last time, and just...really didnât want history repeating itself.â
âWell, itâs good to see that youâre learning. Plus, youâve put on quite the show for your friends, I believe.â
Jinx specifically targeted Jaggerâs front, attempting to land a series of punches, kicks, and even sweeps in quick succession. The koopa managed to block the blows, but he was slowly driven back by the combined force. He soon saw an opening in his masterâs assault and wasted no time in taking it by delivering a punch of his own.
Before it could land, Jinx disappeared, leaving an afterimage in his place and reappearing behind him. His hand glowed brightly as he charged a devastating attack. Seeing the circumstances as all too familiar, Jagger wound up his fist at the same time, his own fist glowing as he charged his dreaded Terrapunch.
An explosion rang out when the two fists collided, the two volatile auras dancing around each other before exploding and sending both fighters in opposite directions. Both of them landed on their feet and recovered with little issue, but the clash left Jagger clutching his hand in pain.
monstro-town-dojo:
Jagger listened with a yawn as Red invited him to sleep on his old futon.
âThanks, dude. Glad youâre letting us stay the night here!â
âIndeed. Your hospitality is appreciated.â Jinx agreed as he jumped onto the futon closest to him, quickly assuming a meditative position. âYou were right, this is pretty comfortable.
âIâll say.â Jagger sighed as he got on the other futon.
Koopa Black went on to offer his (and Redâs, supposedly) assistance if either of the two needed.
The koopa waved a hand dismissively. âThanks again, but I wouldnât want to wake you up!â
The younger twin gave them a nod and bade the two of them goodnight before going to sleep.
âGood night!â âPleasant dreams.â
Jagger then curled up on the futon, taking only a moment before heading off to dreamland himself. His minuscule master, on the other hand, sat up and continued his meditation in silence.
5:30 AM was the Koopa Bros.âs usual time to start the day, although Koopa Bro, Black, was up even earlier to help prepare breakfast for the entire Troop. The three remaining brothers were already up and about, getting ready as quickly and quietly as possible as to not awaken the visiting pair, and headed out the door for their daily morning exercises.
A few more hours of the morning had passed before the sibling group returned, with Yellow entering the room first as he busted the door to their room open while pushing in a serving cart with trays of food.
âBreakfast is here! Get it while itâs hotâ the third brother announced loudly, forgetting about Jagger and Jinx who may potentially be still sleeping.
âShhhh, Yellow, donât shout! Youâll disturb Jagger and Master Jinx!â Green chided in a hushed tone as he followed behind his older brother.Â
âItâs like, what? Almost nine? Iâm pretty sure theyâd be up by then!â the Koopa Bro leader said as he went over to check to see if the pair are still slumbering, up and ready, or perhaps even missing from their sleeping spots to do some morning training of their own.
Jinx and Jagger werenât sleeping, or even in the apartment. They were down the halls in the training room, doing a few morning exercises of their own. Sounds of punches, blocks, and kicks could be heard just outside of the room.
â¨Promo for Galeem?â¨
Heya! If youâd be interested to interact with a reformed Galeem, from SSBU World of Light, could you reblog this? Open to any fandom and OC, so long as you act nice~!
Obviously, spoilers will be present, so donât blame me if you see something youâd rather not, youâve been warned.
Jagger looked down at the floor, remaining silent for a few moments as if to pay his respects to the fallen. Jinx had done the same, but he was much more stoic than his student.
âI canât say I know what thatâs like.â Jagger dejectedly responded.
Jinx looked away. âI can, but this is neither the time nor place to go into that. What I can say is that while moving on can be tough, itâs much better to make the effort rather than letting the experience weigh you down. As for Green in regards to Kooper, all I can say is to, well, talk to him and put his fears to rest. I know itâs better said than done, but with you three to support him, Iâm sure it would be leagues better than for him to tear himself up over an assumption.â
Black listened to Jinxâs advice and nodded, knowing that what the sensei said was true. He then directed his attention to the sound of a door opening and, sure enough, saw Red entering with nothing but his signature color undershirt. The older twin stopped briefly as he stretched his body and then sighed loudly in contentment.Â
âAhhh, that was great! So whatâd I miss?âÂ
âYou missed the part of cleaning up your trash when I asked you to.â Black gave a subtle glare at his twin before latter rubbed the back of his head, grinning wildly.
âAhaha! My bad, Bro! Iâll get it next time, promise!â
âForget about it. Since youâre here, you can at least help me set up the futons for Jagger and Master Jinx.â
From their unorganized pile of belongings, the twins managed to find their old futons that they had brought from their old home to Bowserâs Castle. The coffee table was moved to make room, and in no time, the mattresses were all set up in its place, complete with pillows and duvets, one colored red and the other black.
âThat oughta do it!â Red said once they had finished, and offered Jagger to rest in his old futon. âThey might not look like it, but theyâre pretty comfy!â
After setting up, Black headed for his own bed, but not before speaking with the visiting pair for the last time tonight. âIf you need anything else, feel free to let us know. Anyway, Iâll see you all in the morning.â The Koopa did a simple, single nod of his head before retiring for the night.Â

Jagger chuckled at Blackâs comment. âI can help if you want.â he offered as he got to his feet.
Black shook his head as he motioned with his hand to have Jagger sit back down. âI appreciate it, Jagger, but youâre our guests. I canât put you or Jinx through all that trouble.âÂ
In no time, the Koopa Bro cleared everything and set aside the trash to be dumped outside tomorrow morning. He then sat on the couch with the pair as he picked up and sipped his cup of Koopa Tea before resuming the conversation.Â
âBut in this case, Iâll let it slide for today. After allâŚâ he took another sip and after putting his cup down, gave a small smile as he made eye contact with Jagger.
â⌠It isnât often that Red gets to enjoy himself by having a friend over.âÂ
âIt isnât?â Jagger repeated. âThatâs a bummer; heâs pretty cool koopa. When youâre on his good side, anyway.â His eyes widened as he realized what he just said. âUm...not that you, Yellow and Green arenât cool, that is!â He rubbed his head as he chuckled nervously.
âHm...what about that other guy? Erm...Kooper, was it? You guys mentioned him before, and you told me pretty good things about him, but Iâve never seen âim.â
