Planète Sombre Release Party by Montaigne Street & Wood Fellas

We made a release party last week for our "Planète Sombre" collaboration with Wood Fellas at renowned club Cookies. The party was hosted by Virgil Abloh of Been Trill, music curated by local favorites Bass Gang, Bianca Checker and and Voo Allstars.  Powered by Bread & Butter, Voo Store, Highsnobiety, Montaigne Street, Wood Fellas and Positive Inc.

Montaigne Street X WOODFELLAS "Planète Sombre"

  Parisian fashion collective Montaigne Street was asked by Munich based accessory label Wood Fellas to work on a limited edition eyewear collaboration. Wood Fellas have made a name for themselves by delivering on-point wooden accessories with an edge, while Montaigne Street have been on the rise combining their passion for fashion, style & music (incl. a series of already legendary parties in the city of love) and have become one of Paris' upcoming new crews to watch. 

  Inspired by the "Voyager Golden Record", which was sent to space to portray the diversity of life and culture on Earth, the Planète Sombre collection was designed to portrait the style of a new generation and intended for any souls out there who might find and digg them. The lookbook was shot in Paris by Thomas Babeau starring the Montaigne Street crew.

  The limited edition sunglasses feature a spaced out multishape hexagon silhouette available in three different woods as well as three different finishes and colorways. Each shade comes in a screen printed galaxy bag inside a black wooden bamboo box. Details include the Planete Sombre logo lasered on shade, box & bag.

As all Wood Fellas products, the wooden shades are handmade of recycled wood to keep it eco-friendly. In addition only the finest elements were used to complete this mission as hyperflexible hinges and polarized lenses make for maximum comfort & UV protection.

  Limited to 150 pieces per color worldwide, the shades will be available at the Wood Fellas online store, as well as VOO Store (Berlin), POOL (Munich), LA FERRAMENTA (Bologna), VRIENTS (Civitanova Marche), IRIS BY CRUZ OCULISTA (Coimbra), GR8 (Tokyo). 

  In celebration of the collection’s launch, the release party will be hosted by VIRGIL ABLOH of BEEN TRILL who will provide the soundtrack together with his friends from MONTAIGNE STREET, supported by BASS GANG, BIANCA CHECKER, DJ ROLEX  and DJ SAMUEL GIEBEN.

Notre ami Kalaf du groupe Buraka Som Sistema vient de sortir sa marque "Rest of the world" avec Branko, La collection est portée par Fernando Cabral, un autre ami qui vient juste de remporter le prix du meilleur mannequin masculin du Portugal.

Our bro Kalaf from Buraka Som Sistema just released his own brand "Rest of the World" with his  close friends Branko. The collection is modeled by Fernando Cabral, another friend who just won the best male model in Portugal.

Retour sur notre dernier séjour a New York en Septembre  durant la Fashion Week,  nous avons été conviés a l'after party du défilé de Jeremy Scott et voici un reportage photos de cette soirée par notre ami  Marc "The Cobrasnake" Hunter avec la présence des The Misshapes, CL de 2NE1, Mlle Yulia, Joe Jonas entre autres et un show live du Asap Mob. Hood By Air,  la marque de Streetwear New-Yorkaise soutenu par Asap Rocky, qui fait sensation dans le monde de la Mode est venu a Paris pour la première fois présenter une collection durant la Fashion Week, pour marquer cette évènement nous avons accueillit l'after party organisé par O.N.O Paris au Titty Twister, une soirée mémorable autour de la team HBA, Shayne Oliver, Boychild, Kevin Amato et la présence de Marcelo Burlon, Virgil Abloh, Don C, Matthew Williams, Nicolas Formichetti et bien d'autres. Hood By Air, the New York's streetwear brand supported by Asap Rocky, and who's making sensation in the fashion world came to Paris for the first time to show a collection during Fashion Week. To mark this event we hosted the after party organized by O.N.O Paris at Titty Twister, a great night around the HBA team, Shayne Oliver, Boychild, Kevin Amato and the presence of Marcelo Burlon, Virgil Abloh, Don C, Matthew Williams, Nicolas Formichetti and many others.

Montaigne Street X Been Trill party with Kanye West & Gesaffelstein @Club79

Jeudi dernier nous avons accueillit #BEEN TRILL a Paris pour une soirée au Club 79 qui s'annonçait mémorable au vu du succès de la première édition. Mais cette fois  la soirée c'est juste transformée en délire, avec l'apparition surprise de Kanye "Yeezus" West venu faire la fête avec nous et accompagné de Jerry Lorenzo au Micro ! Dans ce flot de surprise continue, Gesaffelstein le nouveau prince de la scène Electro française nous a délivré un set dont il a le secret.  Voici le récapitulatif de cette soirée d'ores et déjà Légendaire !

Last thursday we Hosted our party with #BEEN #TRILL at club 79 which was promising since the  success of the first edition. The night turned to craziness when Kanye "Yeezus" West came out to turnt up the party with Jerry Lorenzo on the mic, and also the new big name of french electro scene Gesaffelstein came to play of us some his hits song. Check out the pictures of this already legendary night !

Milk Made Party in NY w/ Kendrick Lamar, #Been #Trill, Travis Scott and more

Notre collectif Montaigne Street a été convié à la soirée Made Fashion Week au studio Milk. Pour l'occasion, le king de New York Kendrick Lamar s'est déplacé pour un concert distillé aux happy few suivi d'un DJ set de #Been #Trill et une performance de Travis Scott plus tard dans la soirée. De nombreux guests étaient de la party tels que Lindsey Wixson, Theophilus London, Tristan Wilds entre autres. 

Our collective Montaigne Street was invited to the Made Fashion Week Party at Milk Studio. For the occasion, the king of New York Kendrick Lamar came for a live gave to the happy few. A DJ set by #Been #Trill following later during the night with a Travis Scott performance. A lot of guests was there such as Lindsey Wixson, Theophilus London, Tristan Wilds between others.
