So I’ve Just watched My Little Goat
My thoughts on this short film? It was pretty good but warning this film may contain some themes that might be triggering to some so if this short animated film reminds you of any trauma that you might have, I suggest watching something more light-hearted and wholesome like maybe One stormy night or the Carebears. Now If those of you who are willing/wanna watch it due to curiosity and Check this Short stop motion film out. When I first saw this short film I thought its just a stop motion film based on the classic fairytale the Wolf and the seven goats But with this fairytale story, there’s a twist. Now in the beginning of the Film the mother goat, Just like in the story cuts open the wolf’s stomach and rescues her kids (baby goats) But then once she has gotten everyone out, she notices that One goat was missing and that child was her oldest of the kids(baby goats) Toruku. Later on, She finally founds Toruku and then takes him home with his siblings. Now with some of the siblings, some look almost like zombies (since some of the acids had burned pieces of their fur/skin. But then it turns out that Toruku isn’t a goat but instead a human boy, and as he was about to leave another human (who’s assumed to be his father had came in and was searching for him, but of course it then later turned into something more sinister and the father was later turn out to become the wolf. with some very uncomfortable imagery that is, of course, something triggering to some people who have these types of traumas. Now, I dont really wanna spoil anything for you folks other than the stop motion animation is amazing and some scenes are so good it gives you the chills here’s the Link so you guys can watch it for yourselves https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KDC2F9ycewo

How Totoro has inspired Céline Sciamma
“Here is a shot called Miyazaki. A fun shot, an apparition and disappearance shot. I don’t know why we thought about Totoro here.”

The entirety of my knowledge of Steven Universe comes from memes, but this is the general gist I'm getting
the dogs reaction tells me this is a game they have played many many times and he can’t wait to provoke this dude into chasing him through the house
The split-second play bow the doggo does before he takes off really makes this whole video XD
i say this with no exaggeration but seeing this in a childrens cartoon brought me to tears
A lot of people in the replies to this seemingly have no idea what “class” is.
It’s not a set of values or something you automatically earn after college or like some mysterious inherent quality your parents pass down to you.
(Like, maybe your parents have enough money/assets where they can sustain you through economic insecurity, but let’s be honest…that’s not most people’s situation.)
If you are struggling with bills, if you don’t have savings, if you constantly question even small purchases, if spending a few thousand dollars on a vacation seems like a distant dream…you are not middle class.
And most importantly, saying you are not middle class is not an attack on your character.
Instead it’s a reminder to fight for your own economic interests, and not to let companies, your boss, or politicians trick you into working against yourself by believing you’re part of the “mythical middle.”
Damn
What’s more, if your first response to “you’re not middle class!” is to treat it like an attack on your character? Then you really need to stop and examine what you think about lower-class people.
