Sylveon, #700

Sylveon are empathetic and patient Pokemon, who are known to help ground trainers in stressful situations. This could definitely help with autistic trainers prone to meltdowns and panic attacks.

Absol, #359

Absols can help predict meltdowns, or disasters, and help their trainer avoid the said disastrous situation. Absols are known to relate with autistic trainers aswell.

Ditto, #132

Dittos can help with pretty much anything a trainer would need help with. They each have strengths and weaknesses, and the right one could understand it's trainer to learn their expressions or emotions or needs. Again, really anything!

Chansey, #113

Chansey is an amazing service Pokemon due to their patient and caring personality, they're willing to help their trainer navigate their life no matter how much it means.

Flareon, #136

Flareon would be an excellent choice for people that need assistance with grounding! Maybe Flareon could also just serve as a comfort due to it's warm body temperatures. It would also be a nice Pokemon to have in colder areas!
