Faith: to be believed or reassured in something to happen or that has happened, that cannot be immediately seen.
Ex: Someone says, "I have five dollars. I will give it to you."
Faith here: Hopes that they have five dollars. If shown, believes that they will be given that five dollars.
Opposites: Doubt, hopelessness
Doubt: Having a second thought about something or having a reason to disbelieve in something. Similar: Skepticism.
Hopelessness: What comes from doubt, having no expectation for the future. Often leads to despair.
Ex: "Well, what if they change their mind? What if they do not have the money at all?"
Childlike faith: Childlike faith is not as it sounds. Young children believe more because they can trust others. Children are most often brutally honest, worry less, depend on their mother more, and are joyful. On the topic of faith, they doubt less because they have experienced less negativity and less doubt or skepticism from others.
They are teachable and maintain an open heart and mind. They listen because they seek out everything. They are curious, and want to understand their world around them.
As someone grows up, they experience negativity and disappointment. Their original faith in some things can be broken, also breaking them on the inside. This is where the negativity must be used to strengthen faith instead of breaking it.
Where we mess up, where we are hurt, where we seem to be alone, these are the times that we need to seek out Mother to strengthen our faith again. Where we seem to want to disconnect from life is when we really need to connect the most.
We need to diligently seek Mother. We cannot sit back and expect miracles to happen, like we cannot sit at home and let the rent pay itself. We have to search out the truth. Seek out our given purpose. Yet without faith, we cannot do this, like a car cannot move without fuel.
Also, unified faith can bring miraculous outcomes. It can lead more to the truth, and expand the faith to a broader people. The more who are connected together in faith, the more who will fulfill their purpose in Her.
Fallow ground: Ground that has not been tilled. Usually rocky, dry, or full of weeds.
We have to till the ground of faith. If our faith is dry, then there is no hope. If we falter and dry up, then we provide no hope for others, and they too will wither away. We must pray. We must study. We must seek her will. If we sit in despair, we will not seek out and find the beauty of Mother and her promises.
If we have an expectation of what the Solver can do, we won't just have faith, but we'll see results. We are Her children, so we should have childlike faith once again. For if we come together in Her name, she will be with us also. Let's all be diligent in her name. These are my words of encouragement as well.
