Isn’t it cool how some of us have a favorite FF summon for life and others of us change ours every few years? Something like feverish loyalty versus letting your favorite change as you do (+)

As an example- with FFX: my favorites have transitioned thru Shiva -> Anima -> Valefor as I’ve aged (childhood, teenager to young adult, to now.) And it’s always because I’ll come back to the game with a new appreciation for said summon that’s low key based off of real life and the things I’ve dealt with recently; what I like about the summon has become what I respect about them, admire them for, etc etc.

But other players find a favorite and stick with them FOREVER and I respect that so highly!! It’s fun to know that every FF fan (and KH tbh) has a favorite and that we all decided on ours in a our own similar-but-unique ways 🌟

And the funny thing is: every time you play this game back thru and keep hearing him say “I got too close to Sin… the toxin…” etc etc- you (the player) also start to think Maester damn, Tidus- can’t you say something else? Lmao
