As one last Hurrah for Prelude, a new update was made that includes new art, music, quests and bug fixes for this title inspired by Megami Tensei, 7th Dragon and Wizardry!
In addition, the full 1 Hour, 12 Minute soundtrack is now available!

Mostly Balance changes as well as a few bug fixes. All changes below!
AKA The "Enemy Patch" as it's mostly related to enemies.
-Fixed Quests "That Annoying Cry" and "A Cold Interest" being potentially reset when not talking to the merchant at the beginning of the game
-Further removed RTP assets from the game
-Fixed Anhanga's Preying Ice Skill being considered a Physical Skill instead of an Ice Skill
-Fixed Chishaku's Infection Strike being considered a Physical Skill instead of a Curse Skill
-Fixed the Quest Tracker showing during the Game Over/Demo End sequences
-Buffed Nightmare's Akinesia Skill from 60% chance of occurring to 90% (Reason: Their job as enemies are to support others, so a 40% chance of doing a normal attack was counterintuitive and potentially disruptive to their strategy of sleeping foes.)
-Fixed Nightmare not utilizing their Energy Drain skill once a foe or more are asleep (Reason: If you're wondering why I'm focusing too much on a single enemy, it's because nightmares are cute. Other than that, playtesting revealed they weren't acting as intended.)
-Fixed Thanatos Guard not working against certain Instant Death skills
-Spin tiles will now always turn the player 180 degrees when stepped on (Reason: They were not evil enough)
-Adjusted enemy skill MP Cost to always be 10 MP with few exceptions (Reason: This is to balance the amount of MP each enemy has and thus make the Strain ailment more impactful for players).
-Adjusted enemy MP Pools (Reason: Same as above)
-Adjusted enemy Gold Drops (Reason: More so a balance change, some enemies drop ludicrous amounts of gold while others dropped little to nothing).
-Adjusted Shop Prices (Reason: To compensate for the above, most items should be generally be much cheaper than before. This also fixes the Fajro Jacket having an extra 0...)
The Nian-Xi Chronicles: Prelude Demo Ver 1.1.1 Release!
Update 1.1.1 for The Nian-Xi Chronicles: Prelude (DEMO) Is live. Included in here are mostly bug fixes, as well as some QoL that will carry over into the full game.

And by "soon" I mean this sunday, at best!
Good news! There's only one quest left to finish!
Once that's done, the Third Floor will finally be completed, and I will release a new demo including it. Like I said, expect it to be released on this very sunday at best!
