@bowsers-keep here with another blog! This time with my beloved Pokemon Moon protagonist Selie! She does in fact follow the plot of Pokemon Moon with little to no canon divergence, where stuff comes into play is afterwards. Her face claim is not Sailor Moon btw she just really likes Sailor Moon
Selie is very low empathy so may be insensitive at stuff sometimes and absolutely adores magical girls to the extent that it is her main personality trait. Overall though she's a good person and will try to help when possible. I'll explain her lore as I go.
No nsfw asks but jokes are fine, mod and muse may be 18 but I'm still not the most comfy with it
Mentions of people dying have a Chance to come up, but it'll never be mentioned in detail. Also general cartoon violence Selie does get into physical altercations a good bit

OOC: Selie is an extremely expressive character who's always moving her arms around when talking and such. As for an idle animation she stands like the female protag in Sun & Moon while rocking her arms back and forth. This girl cannot stand still and she often paces around as a result as well, it's not too uncommon for her to be idly messing with things in her hands as well.

OOC: Selie has a lot of faith in her own judgement, she's a very stubborn sorta person that once she's got the idea that something is right it takes some effort to get her to stop.
The only time she'd ever freeze up is if she were in a situation of having to pick between two people she cares about because she wouldn't be able to and would want to find a solution where she wouldn't need to pick
