Mystake appreciation post because I have a feeling the fandom doesn't appreciate her enough and even care that much about her

I'm so upset that she never even got a funeral scene or was even mentioned again in the show except for s11 with the flashback of the serpentine getting banished

That's THE WOMAN who canonically killed the other oni warlords (aka, basically saving the fsm), probably one of the first Ninjago civilians, and then sacrificed her life for Lloyd and Ninjago, the realm she fell in love with

She also gave the traveler's tea to ninja (basically SAVING THEM FROM THE DEATH) and managed to mentor and motive Lloyd through the worst time of his life

She's the only full blooded oni we know about who went against the "oni destroy oni evil" gene

I also headcanon she babysitted Wu abd Garmadon for a while when they were kids

In my headcannon, he had oni features to look cooler when he was young, hid them when he became the green ninja, and developed the dragon features when the whole merge shebang happened.

A telepath being unable to trust would be rather horrifying.

You hear and feel everything in everyone else’s heads, all the good and the bad, and humans have a long memory for wounding.

Imagine your ability to trust is damaged, and all you can hear from everyone is the untruths and insincerities everyone trades all day, every day.

You know when people are faking. You know when they’re lying. You know what they’re lying about. You know their meanest thoughts, their worst moments, their deepest hurts, their selfishness, their anger, their hatred. You’re surrounded by it. You can’t escape. You can’t forget.

And you’re just hurt enough to not even want to try.
