I’ve made this zucchini “pasta” dish the last three nights in a row! It’s sooo good. Just spiralized zucchinis with chopped tomatoes, oranges, & a spinach-cilantro-parsley-dried basil-garlic “pesto”. I posted the exact recipe in the comments section of this photo on my instagram :).
