I feel like we haven't talked about Morgan and Adam's fight in the finale enough cause I'm wondering about what Adam meant when he asked Morgan if she wants Lucia to be quilty, maybe that's my shipper brain but to me the only explanation he'd say that is cause they both know there's feelings between them, not anywhere near defined yet but their bond has been growing and in the back of their heads they know

like there's no other reason for me cause ofc he knows Morgan would never want that for Lucia, for him, and you can say some bad things when you're angry but also the truth most of the time so to me this sounded like 'I know what you're feeling deep down'

and like that was a writing decision so what does it all mean lol

I have mixed feelings about the showrunner change, not because of the showrunners themselves I honestly don't know anything about them, their previous work seems to fit in with the vibe of the show which I'm glad about, I guess my problem is showrunner changes in general and you never really know what you get til you see it

I have my problems with how s2 ended but I love everything else about the show and I just really hope they don't make any major changes or destroy character dynamics

I hope they'll put the focus on the side characters more and that they continue the gillodec slow burn, and ofc that we finally meet Roman

‘High Potential’ Season 3: Nora and Lilla Zuckerman Set as New Showrunners

"High Potential" has found its new showrunners going into the hit ABC series' third season.

We’ll see.

Wagner fans are insufferable, I'm so glad Steve Howey isn't back next season as a regular, best decision ever, I hope he's forever fully booked for other stuff and there's no chance in hell he'll be back ever

I can't get over how much Morgan and Adam have grown together, their relationship is so damn solid and beautiful now, the trust and genuine love, and the way they just adore each other, pilot Adam is worlds apart from current Adam, Morgan is his whole world now, he'd do anything for her, the best writing the show does is for them hands down

I need them to bring up the kiss again next season and then have Adam pull a face like 'ew wtf why 🤨'

As a kid/teenager I always loved shows like the mentalist, castle, bones but they were either already over or in their last seasons back then so I couldn't experience the slow burns of the mains week for week, but with high potential I get to experience it live and that's so damn cool, it's giving me nostalgia in a way

As much as I'd like Wagner to be actually dead (yes I know so harsh whatever lol) I feel like they'll bring him back for the season premiere but either way he'll not be captain anymore so is Selena gonna move up? I know she deserves it but that would kinda rip the team apart right? and Adam said he'd probably become lieutenant then, like it would mess up a lot of things and I don't think the writers are gonna go there, I guess we'll find out but I'm so curious how they're gonna handle that

So do we think the show is gonna come back in September again or later cause I'm not sure, they had more episodes this season so production ended later but in Kaitlins variety interview it sounded like they're already in the writers room again, but production takes a little, you know filming, editing and all that, tho I know they're filming during the season too so maybe it's realistic otherwise I'd say October maybe, hopefully not later 😭

Also if they are writing again shouldn't there be a new showrunner by now? or maybe they'll announce that later idk, and I hope we'll get at least 18 episodes again, they better not cut anything short, I can't imagine they will but who knows, idk I'm just rambling lol

'I want gillodec to stay platonic, they're great as friends but what she had with Wagner or her other love interest is way hotter' yes, yeah, ofc that's more important than actual deep love, mutual understanding, care and trust (which she barely had with Wagner or Rhys, not even Roman rn and Tom wasn't there long enough to build real trust), hotness should be more important than a man knowing your silences, a man who's wiping your tears away cause he doesn't wanna see you sad even tho he himself is hurting so much, a man who respects you and knows your worth, nah lol hotness is the only thing that really matters, you're really onto something here, my fucking god
