Help two lgbt sisters survive winter

Hello, everyone. I am making such a post for the first time in my life, but I’m in a really desperate situation and I’ve already tried everything there is to try. 

My younger sister has acute cholecystitis and is in need of surgery. The hospital bills are mounting and we still haven’t payed this month’s rent, so we risk becoming homeless in the nearest time.

I’m a college student and I work part-time, but my salary (250$, don’t be surprised, I live in an Eastern European country) is barely enough to cover half this month’s expenses.
