When I am anxious I often rehearse worst case scenarios. Coming from that place is paralyzing and often results in getting more anxious. 😭 Try rehearsing success. Here are three questions I tell my self to get out of those moments of paralysis. 1. If I was successful what would it look like? 🧐 2. If I was winning what would I be doing differently? 🧐 3. If I was dominating what value would I be bringing the world on a consistent basis? 🧐 What you rehearse you will perform. I use to think I had to do way more in a day to get to my goals. What I realized that it only took a little more to get there. Yes it’s important to learn new skills and trades to solve problems. However I find the most successful people are unlearning things all the time. They have solid convictions that are mailable. Question everything you’ve learned and ask yourself what is really possible? Here are the three phases when it comes to accomplishing anything worth while. 😜 1. This is why I can’t do it. You start identifying all your excuses and internal narrative. You become aware and you start to confront it. 2. You learn that there are so many others that have accomplished what you want and they had simmalar adversities or even worse. Then you ask, “Shoot why not me?” 3. You go out there and excecute and you accomplish one of your goals and then finally ask, “Wow I wonder what else is possible?” Every area in your life, you’re in one of these three phases. When it comes to your health, it's important to make sure you're picking up something new and adding it to what you already know. If you're just concentrating on building muscle and don't care about learning something new, then you're missing out on a lot of health benefits that come with being a well-rounded person. Those who seem to be healthy are the ones who aren't focused on just building muscle but take the time to learn new information every day.
