i didn’t know i’d be this upset about blood drive again but here i am!!!!!!
Sakutaro Morishige ➙ “This whole school is like a veritable corpse party.”
ILU MY SON AND I ALWAYS WILL my important bab
Yui was delighted at his small smile at her request–especially since she wasn’t one to see him smile sincerely like that so often. The fact that she was partially responsible for it already made her grin before he could even reply.
And his response made her all the happier. Yui always had small things like that about her students on her mind–hoping remembering little details made people feel appreciated. It warmed her heart to know that it did help brighten people’s days.
“Thank you, Morishige-kun! I hope you have a wonderful break with Suzumoto-san. — Well, I better not keep you anymore. I’ll see you when school starts again.”
The teacher’s cheerful reaction was sure to put Morishige in a good mood as well, so contagious it was. This phenomenon somewhat reminded Morishige of the way Mayu would always be able to cheer up everyone around her - although to Morishige personally - it was still nowhere near to compete with hers. He knew it was only a matter of personal feelings though, as anyone in the room would be sure to get their dose of the teacher’s cheerfulness whenever she was this way - this trait being one of the many reasons more and more Kisaragi students rarely hesitated to call Ms. Shishido their favorite teacher.
“...Naturally. I wish happy holidays to your way as well, sensei. Take care of yourself.”
Maintaining a gentle expression on his face, he nodded slightly before turning away and leaving the classroom.
Have you ever considered folding both your ask blogs into one?
[ both ask blogs? the mayush/ge ask blog is my only ask blog though, unless you mean this blog and my ask blog?
yeah i mean, i would consider taking shippy questions and replying to them here instead of my ask blog but as much as i ship mayush/ge and as much as my rp blog’s AU is based on the ship i want to steer clear from making this blog Only about the ship and focusing on the characters as individuals as well, you feel? sure i do that on my ask blog too, but you know… it’s really fluffy and shippy because it’s a ship ask blog so i feel allowed to keep it that way. plus i’ve had the blog for a long time and it’d be difficult to move the followers from there to here!
these blogs follow the same AU though and i would prefer if people directed their non-shippy asks on here instead of my ask blog and vice versa but i doubt i’ll be fully folding these two blogs into one! ]
tfw u spend new year being a nerd with the gf
clothes design obviously stolen from @suzumotos lmao
It has been said that a virtue is a mean between two extremes. However, this mean is difficult to accomplish because no one is perfect, especially not our muses — show us their bad side. Bold the extreme of each virtue your muse is more prone to. Take in even the slightest preference or tendency. Bonus: put a * after each pair of traits that has changed sides during their life. Feel free to tell about it in the tags as well.

She noticed his surprise at her approach, and wondered if he thought she was here to reprimand him or something. Which was a little funny thought to her–she couldn’t imagine Morishige doing anything that would warrant being reprimanded… Maybe being a little too smart.
Shaking the silly distraction from her head, she asked him about Mayu.
“Oh, well, I just remembered that her birthday’s over the break, and I was wondering if you could wish her happy birthday for me?”
She paused for a moment before adding, “And let her know that I miss having her in class.”
After Ms. Shishido made her true intentions clear, Morishige almost felt dumb having not expected it. For someone like Shishido, it would have been out of character to not remember a former student’s birthday in one way or another - and as far as Morishige understood, Mayu and Yui had always gotten along well. Ever since Mayu transferred, it hadn’t been hard to notice how much her presence was missed everywhere around Kisaragi, student and teacher alike. Morishige himself - if anyone - knew that feeling painfully well.
Morishige's usual, stern facial expression softened slightly as he smiled at the young teacher.
“Heh. That's typical of you, sensei. When it comes to your students, you have quite the talent at remembering tiny details like that, even when they aren’t in your immediate perception. --- You can count on me. I’ll make sure to tell Mayu you said hi.”
And all the kids cried out, "Please stop, you’re scaring me" I can’t help this awful energy Goddamn right, you should be scared of me
Who is in control?
there were lots of kisses on mayu’s birthday.

@morishigemayu
It was the last day before the winter vacation started. Yui recalled that Mayu–her now former student–had a birthday in late December. She wished she was here so she could wish her happy birthday herself. Yui still missed her sweet presence terribly, and she wanted Mayu to know that she had been thinking about her. Not really having a way of getting in contact with her though, she knew she’d have to ask someone who did.
When class ended, Yui approached Morishige, figuring he was the best way of relaying Mayu a birthday wish from her.
“Morishige-kun? Will you being seeing Suzumoto-san over the break?”
The final class for the day ended and Morishige began packing up, ready to attend drama club for the last time that year before winter break. He was slow in his movements on purpose, as he wanted to avoid the physical labor that came with having to clean up after class as much as possible. That’s why - as the homeroom teacher assistant’s voice called for him - for a moment he thought he was going to get scolded. However, the teacher appeared to have something else completely on her mind. It was about... Mayu?
“--- Ah, sensei” he replied in slight surprise before continuing on. “Yes, I’ll be traveling to see her as soon as I can. What is it?”
“ Hey. Glasses. ”
Again, no response. How deaf to your surroundings could you possibly be?
The two of them were en route to Saitama for a small birthday get-together with Mayu - or, more accurately put, Morishige was the one traveling to spend the day with her. He’d offhandedly mentioned going to see her over the winter holiday, and Yoshiki asked to tag along for the ride in hopes of delivering his small birthday gift. Surprisingly, it didn’t take much convincing on his part. Was it Yoshiki’s reassurance that he’d leave the two to themselves once he delivered his gift that swayed him? Maybe. And Yoshiki didn’t want to push his luck too far.
Still, when you’re stuck on a train with someone for nearly two hours, the least you can do is acknowledge you have company literally a few centimeters from you. Right?
Preceded by an annoyed sigh, Yoshiki delivered a dull but effective jab to his arm over the seat’s armrest.
“ Tell me, are you always this chatty? ”
It had only been a couple of minutes after the boys took their seats on the train, when Kishinuma already began showing signs of boredom and annoyance. Perhaps it was because instead of socializing with and paying attention to his “traveling partner” - Morishige dug a portable music player out of his pocket and promptly placed the earbuds in his ears, as if in an attempt to completely isolate himself from his surroundings. This was something he’d nearly always do when using public transportation, and because Kishinuma had been the one to ask to tag along, Morishige had expected him to bear with it. It wasn’t like Morishige had invited him, after all. However, knowing that seeing Kishinuma after a long time, as well as receiving the birthday present the blond had claimed to have bought for Mayu would make the girl happy, Morishige had accepted his request to join him.
After a while, a jab too powerful to ignore hit Morishige’s right elbow and he was finally forced to remove the earbuds and listen to what Kishinuma had to say.
“...I wouldn’t know. Usually I travel alone.” He let out an exasperated sigh as he was practically forced to put the music player away. Otherwise Kishinuma would surely tell on him once they’d meet with Mayu. He didn’t want that. Morishige sighed again.
“At least Mayu will be happy to see you. When I told her you were coming, she sounded excited.”
@morishigemayu
It was impossible not to know that it was Mayu’s birthday today; all of her classmates had been approaching her and wishing her so all day between classes. It was a little bit before Yui found an opening to do so herself.
“I heard it's your birthday, Suzumoto-san! Happy Birthday! I hope it’s a good one!”
“Yui-sensei!” Mayu exclaimed happily as a response to her all-time favorite teacher greeting her. She often wondered if Yui herself was aware of just how loved she was around Kisaragi High. Remembering little things most teachers would usually forget about their students - such as their birthdays - was typical of Miss Yui Shishido. This moment was yet another example of that.
“Heheh... Thank you so much, sensei! I’m sure it will be~!”
