i'm really enjoying the way that this makes it sound like it's his fault. like it's blaming him
"As usual, only Grothendieck is to blame (1957)"
"This was proven by Poincaré (1898), although he failed to account for the consequences of its publishing"
"The horrors of analytic number theory were unleashed upon the innocent mathematical community by Dirichlet (1837), and not unlike Pandora, he was powerless to contain its evils thereafter"
"Shortly thereafter, Russel introduced his famous paradox (1901), for which he will never be forgiven"
It's important to note that Chekhov's Gun was not originally about foreshadowing, but a piece of advice to playwrights about how every element in a play should have narrative relevance. The corollary to Chekhov's Gun is that if a gun mounted on the wall in act 1 is never used at all in the entirety of the play, then it should be omitted from the play entirely.
also very true
I've discovered a new sword technique that any self-respecting swordsman (*cough* Captain Bernard *cough*) wouldn't teach Henry
I call it "He Ran into my Sword Seventeen Times"
And all you have to do is back away from the enemy, and he will run forward to catch up with you, sword raised to swing, and then you just have to stab the fucker at the right moment when he least expects it and he can't block you. Thus, he literally ran into my sword. I'm a fucking genius.
К "призрачным", впечатлило.
This is one of the funniest scenes in gothic literature and the fact that this is verbatim from the novel is incredibly underrated.
"Okay now color it"
No😭🫱
Trazyn and Orikan art for 19th time again yay,
I really need to draw other characters.
i bet the pain will end if i arrange a perfect enough sentence about it
I bet the pain will end if you rearrange my guts enough to where I don’t need to talk about it 🙂
i bet the pain will end if i cum deep enough inside her and cuddle about it 🙃
