I went to a little cafe and market with a girl I've been wanting to befriend, and then we went to her place and played videogames, ordered Pizza and watched Paul Blart Mall Cop (Don't judge). And it was in the MIDDLE of Paul Blart I found out we were actually on a DATE.

Shocked.

Flabbergasted.

Amazed.

Not complaining, I just can't pick up on social cues:')

(For the record, it was a really good date, even though it took making out in the middle of Paul Blart Mall Cop to realize what was going on)

Here's some more doodles of my Naruto oc: Rei, this time featuring Kakashi :]

Little tidbits about their relationship:

They are romantic partners (though I am an advocate for consensually kissing your platonic bros if that's the vibe)

They met through both being invited out for drinks by there respective group of closest comrads, and just so happened to both be the designated sober person on the same night (though they didn't fall immediately head over heals for each other, that came a long while later)

Rei (much later into their friendship) was the final straw to break the camel's back on Kakashi's Bi awakening

After they got together, one of their favourite pastimes is to read their respective *ahem* media, in the same vicinity

They both suck at cooking so it's a mutual effort to feed themselves (Kakashi measures with his heart and Rei doesn't like reading instructions, so it tends not to end up the greatest, but they try)

That good good angst: Rei's loss of sight and hearing on his right side, and the lightning strike scar thats located from his forhead down to his bicep was caused by being hit by Kakashi's Chidori on the right side of his head (wuh woah)

I may or may not have fallen into a Naruto rabbit hole for the first time in 6 years, and been heavily inspired by all the super cool artists here on tumblr who create Naruto ocs, so I decided to make my own:)

So, without further ado, I present Rei Yoshida

Little facts about Rei:

5'6

24-25 in Naruto, 27-29 in Shippuden

Wind Affinity

Has a lightning strike scar on the right side of his face from being hit by Kakashi's Chidori (long story for another time)

Complete vision and hearing loss on right side

Kakashi's Partner? Boyfriend? Husband? Spouse? (still sorting out the how of it all, but I suspect I'll come up with a good good slowburn by the end)

I hope to do more art with Rei and Kakashi, though I am in the early stages of his development!!

My second (and significantly worse) attempt at gouache paint!!! :)

I promise the painting isn't this yellow tinged in real life... the lighting just isn't doing it any favours:(

I painted sprigatito (since I painted fuecoco a few days ago— you'll never guess who I'm probably gonna paint next(that is a lie, you totally can))

I like the weed cat, however fuecoco (<3) will always have my heart when it comes to 9th gen starters

I have a love-hate relationship with many modern pokemon designs, however, Fuecoco is perfect and can do no wrong in my eyes^-^

I present Raul, My Castlevania Oc (i'm cringe but free).

I've always loved the Castlevania game series, and I finally decided to watch the Castlevania show a few weeks back (I hadn't watched it because I rarely trust Netflix to do an adaptation well). Thankfully I was proven wrong, I thoroughly enjoyed it:)

I've been workshopping a couple of Ocs, but Raul was my favourite out of the bunch, so have a little character building:

Raul is approximately 700 years of age

He's a vampire (could ya tell?)

He wears the cross of the priest who killed his Sire and Dam when he was a child

he's got that good good silky hair™

a smidge evil (a lot evil)

Hates/hated Dracula and his family

Its been a minute since I'm a full time student plus I work part time but.... I've been sick the last week so of course I had to take that time to draw more Inuyasha Oc fanart:)

If you haven't seen him before, this is my Oc Shinsaku (on right) a heron demon, and I ship him with Sesshomaru (I am cringe, but I am free + i disagree with shipping Rin and Sesshomaru since he always acted as a guardian/parent for her)

I'm really happy with how the piece came out, I've been working on my anatomy and my shading and I think this came out somewhat okay!!

I present a really rough sketch of Shinsaku's father, Osumo (yet another oc)

I'm working on a little comic, about Shin and Sesshomaru, which has led me to the process of putting faces to names in the story that I'd never actually conceptualized, Lord Osumo (Shin's father) being one of them. I knew his name when I started fleshing out Shin as a character, and I knew what his mannerisms and tone would be, but I had never put a face to him, which now I have done:)

He's going to be in a few panels in this comic, however, I am slowly (VERY slowly) developing a story for him in my head, though it isn't all there, I know it is a sort of unrequited love story (because of course it is).

'First Reunion' A comic from a random part of my Inuyasha head cannon story featuring my oc Shin:)

This specific part, is from a long long way into my story about my oc, although not super far into the actual story of Inuyasha. At this point, Rin has only recently been resurrected (the first time) and traveling with Sesshomaru.

I have stared drawing out a comic of my oc and Sesshomaru and their whole story, however it takes a lot of time for each page, and I would like to have enough pages to make the plot cohesive, before I start posting them.
