(09.06.2025) At around 01:00 am (BST time) Israeli soldiers intercepted the Madleen (Freedom Flotilla.)
The Madleen is a boat carrying humanitarian aid as Israel have been blocking off aid from entering Gaza.
They have routinely jammed the signals on the Madleen, sent drones after them, sprayed a white chemical substance on the boat that the activists noted as making their eye sting.
And they have now boarded the ship and arrested everyone.
Telling them to throw their phones overboard so we have no way of contacting them and have lost eyes on them.
There were 12 people onboard the Madleen:

French-Palestinian Member of European Parliament Rima Hassan
Yasemin Acar from Germany
Baptiste Andre from France
France; Al Jazeera Mubasher correspondent Omar Faiad
Pascal Maurieras from France
Sergio Toribio from Spain
Marco van Rennes from The Netherlands
They were all acting in accordance with international law unlike Israel, as it is a war crime to strike an aid ship.
What is happening to these volunteers can not go unheard nor unchallenged.
It carried people of different countries and was flying the flags of many different countries.
It is the duty of those countries to speak out and demand their release and thus the duty of us onlookers to pressure our governments to speak out.
Make no mistake this is not the last aid boat that will make this journey to break Israel’s siege and break the humanitarian corridor.
They all knew this could happen and went anyway for the world is watching and it stands with the people of Palestine.
