he lets leo win the alpha show offs, aka he rolls on his back when Leo tries to be a big bad wolf and that's all because he really, really needs Leo to like him (Leo loves him)

in a similar note, if he goes outside w Leo in his wolf form, he finds Leo the biggest sticks to bring home. he brings home tiny ones

with charles now, when he is in his wolf form he likes to drape himself all over him, and yeah Charles finds it a bit horrible because he can't breathe but at the same time being squished alive by his mate is the best thing ever so he doesn't complain
