Many hours into my first-time mostly blind Disco Elysium playthrough, finally got to this part, immediately took a screenshot because I knew I wanted to draw it later. okay so, the recovery that everywhere else is likely referring to is cancer. burn the book. clearly taking place the week before christmas break. likely dec.15.2025, the date highlighted in the canvas image. the relevance of this is unclear. the newspaper headline seems to read "local teacher wins first place in regional [hobby?] [-led?] [feral? ford?] design contest" i could make out none of the other text on it. the "golden state of mind" plaquard seems to be in reference to podcast(?) that keeps tabs on rumors going about the "golden state warriors", a San Francisco basketball team. it could as well be a reference to possession by bill (gold, mind). the computer's password as well is "feeling gold", like "feeling good" but gold. i assume gold is related to bill in some way. oh and on the wedsday day of the planner there is morse code that reads "call NCPD". its unclear to me what NCPD stands for. it could either be National Catholic Partnership on Disability, or Nursing Continuing Professional Development. the first because of the bible on the desk RIGHT next to the morse code, and the other for recovery reasons. also, cute cat. theres probably other clues on here. this image is so packed.

the number 618 came up a few times. im not sure what thats about. wait no i looked it up thats just a gravity falls number. Alex Hirsch's birthday
most of that main site seems like dead ends. maybe the enrollment page will change later. but the home and about us seem to serve no purpose. which is weird.
anyway, there is also the second domain, for which ive found one site. ive tried plugging many keywords into both domains directories. but found nothing so far.
oh and the great gatsby cover glitches out too. all i could see was laughing though. perhaps theres something there i didnt find?
this was really fun but i feel like ive hit a roadblock, with no avenues to persue. i might pick this back up if anyone finds anything more.

Last time, I spent 15 hours on just. So many lines. This time, I guess I got possessed and spent 18 hours learning digital painting for them?? Was I planning on it? No. Am I proud of it? Hell yeah. I've never done a completely lineless piece before but this was so fun. Kudos to the author for creating the most artistically inspiring thing I've consumed in a hot minute. I just keep thinking about them. It won't stop.
