I always get ads for weird industrial equipment that is absurdly expensive, and I never even considered as something "for sale". 5-axis robot arms that start at hundreds of thousands of dollars, Fire hydrants, plastic injection molding machines, 3D printers that are the size of a car, MRI machines, and ect. I once got an ad for a dental equipment supplier. They were advertising their new Jaw Bone Expander tool set. It was basically a set of tapered bolts that you ratchet into an empty tooth socket. Who is impulse buying this stuff?

I work for a heavy equipment dealer. I often have to have google "Hydraulic + [tool]" and I think that skews what ads I am shown. However, some of this stuff is just absurd.
