Reposting this old gem with updated quality 😳💕

So for September I decided to take elements I loved from previous journals, and combined them with elements I feel like I messed up this year.

Since last September was Dark Academia themed, I went with Light Academia!

You can see how similar this will be!

First I took the colour scheme from this January. While I loved my idea for that month, I didn’t liked the way the weekly spread and calendar turned out. And I brought back a design from July 2021 (that was also for September 2021). I love how simple it is yet it’s filling the page very nicely.

Second, I’m giving a second shot at the circle mood tracker. The one on the left is from March this year and boy do I hate the way it looks. Hopefully the colours look better together this time around.

Finally, I’m bringing back the weekly spread from May 2021. This was when I did a Greek Mythology theme and it is still one of my favourite. This time around, I might add collage elements to the drawings, we’ll see!

Honestly am so swamped in work right now, and in self isolation because my flatmate tested positive for COVID-19! No symptoms from either of us though so we should be all good.

I've done enough biology recently to do the degree though I think, currently learning about evolution and evolutionary algorithms. Got myself some bubble tea to make myself feel better though
