I have a headcanon, Mike and Chuck met in an orphanage when they were kids, later down the line Mike got Chuck a job as a scientist at Kaine Co, but when Mike left Chuck quickly went after him, then Mike found Jacob in motorcity who basically adopted them on the spot

People really underestimate this relationship and favor Katara’s grief over Aang so much that we never really get to see fan art of her and her brother. Ultimately, I feel like Sokka’s death had the potential to hurt her the most - especially if we consider that Aang could have died before him, and he was all she really had left. But that’s all speculative.
