Regarding the anon with the fatigue, I honestly don't have an answer, but I do experience the same thing sometimes. I teamed up with a lovely neurologist who's doing what he can (he suspected MS but my MRI's are normal so he's a bit stumped). I know this doesn't help you find out what's wrong, but know that you're not alone in this. It's confusing and strange and awful but you're not the only one with these symptoms and no diagnosis to speak of. Hang in there friend.
