Left wing is just as misogynistic as right wing.

Left wing is often marketed as the more progressive side, but it still contains misogyny that the right wing believe, they just address it diffferently. The overarching difference is that right wing view women as private property while left wing view women as public property.

The left sees women and their issues as secondary to the needs of leftist moids. The right also think this way.

The left blames misogyny on women not being accomodating enough/nice to moids rather than hold moids accountable. The right blames misogyny on what the women are wearing/doing rather than holding moids accountable.

The left openly tolerate misogyny as long as it happens to women that deviate from their ideology (i.e. upper class bourgeoisie white women) because they see misogyny as secondary. The right believe the same (i.e. when misogyny happens to woc). Of course generally they dont care about women in their group either, but they're more brazen about misogyny that happens to women out of their groups.

The point is, neither political side: left, right, centrist, etc have women in mind. Women are just resources to push their ideology ahead for the benefit of the males in them. This is why it's important to organise as women and be intersectional of women as we do so.

Oh, this gave me chills. Art can be such a powerful way to make a point in ways to people that otherwise might not be reached.

Yeah, so this was posted by “Change the Ref” which means this was created by the parents of Joaquin Oliver, who died during the Parkland shooting. Since then, they have done many powerful, heart wrenching pieces like this. They tricked NRA members into giving a graduation speech in front of empty chairs, each chair representing a child lost to gun violence. They used AI to make a video of their own dead son talking about how he died of gun violence. Joaquin once wrote an essay for school regarding gun violence and they hand delivered that essay to an NRA endorsed politician. They made 3D printed statues of Joaquin as well.

I have a lot of respect for what they do, but their raw grief and anger is clear in every single piece. I can’t imagine what they’re going through, but I hope they are able to find peace someday…
