I am just a 13 year old girl so please don't take every little thing I say as complete facts!! I'm definitely no expert when it comes to God, the Gospel, or the Bible, but don't be scared to ask me anything you'd like about my faith & I will try my best to answer

I'm AFAB, go by all pronouns but mainly she/her, & I'm lesbian aroace. As a Christian I do not believe being queer is okay but I can't help who I like. I hope others can understand<3

I'm Italian American & I speak C2 English, high A1 Spanish, & A1 French!

I'm a Baptist & prefer reading & spreading verses in KJV but I'm not a "KJV is the only version you should read!!!" type of reader, don't worry

My favorite Christian artists are Katy Nichole, Lydi Lynn, Lena Jade, Claire Leslie, & Ally Minju! My ask box is always opened for some new recommendations by the way!! :)

My favorite Bible verse is John 15:18!

Recently I've been struggling to read the Bible. It's like I have a fear of opening it up & I hate this feeling so much! I have almost a fully stable relationship with God; I pray multiple times a day & talk to Him like a friend, I praise Him as much as I can, I try listening & singing to more Christian worship than pop music so I can praise the Lord more, I get so excited each Wednesday & Sunday to go to church to praise God & learn more about Him, I just can't get myself to open the Bible & read it but I can open any other book perfectly fine just not the Bible. Please pray for me & I'll update y'all if I finally start reading it again!

I’m kinda doing it! Like I said, I’ve been getting into poetry which has helped me wanna read the book of Psalms more. I haven’t gotten to where I read the Bible daily but I’m getting to where I feel the need to read it more

Do you have a favorite character or moment from Winnie the Horse Gentler?

my favorite character is catman!

my favorite moment is probablyyyy when Gracie (that's the gift horse's name right?😭) gives birth. it was very emotional & the first time i cried while reading a book. i also liked it because it was kind of a plot twist/something new in kid's books. i was almost expecting her to live because thats how most kid books are but it was refreshing to actually have a death instead of a miracle of her living like Winnie was hoping.

I love Catman too! I think Winnie is my favorite character though.

I love Winnie's faith journey in the first book. Doubt and coming back to God is not something I see a lot in faith-based books, especially kid's books, so it's wonderful to see that sort of relatable aspect.

ooo yeah, i really liked that too! i think its very important to put that kind of stuff in books, especially pre-teen/teen books because a lot of people think they aren't Christians because they doubt & drift away but the important thing is to come back & thats what i love about Winnie The Horse Gentler.

There's a Christian-based fictional book series I love so much that I'm gonna recommend!

It's called 'Winnie The Horse Gentler' & it's about a 12 year old girl who gentles horses & tries growing back her relationship with God after 2 years of not talking to Him due to an accident that brought her away from Him. I swear it's a greater series than what I just explained, I just don't wanna spoil it all!😭
