Sekhmet was somewhat impressed. Little dared to challenge her like that, and even when so, no one would even think to remain within the same space with her in fear of her wrath. Of course, she wasn’t always violent and impossible to come to her own senses. She recognized good company when she saw one, and would go great lengths to keep them around.
“You like me? Well. I like you, too.” Swiping her blond locks aside with a slower, softer motion, she watched him, still relatively humble and incredibly confident, and she decided she wanted to spend a bit more time with him. Perhaps to thank him for the coffee, too. “Let’s go shopping, you little shit.”

The goddess seems to be turning something over in her head across from him and he doesn’t rush it. They’ve got time and if she wants to smite him down, well he’s open for the assault that he created a shot for. Luckily for him, she finds some true merit in him. Hunter sips his drink with ease despite smiling behind the cup as she says that she likes him too.
Sekhmet is an odd ball, but he’d have those close to him no other way! Lowering the cup the smile he was sporting behind it is visible to her now. It’s not smug or boastful in the slightest, just extremely happy to be given the chance. She declares shopping to be their next adventure and Hunter nods in full agreement. “Yes ma’am.”
He stands then and drains the last of his own drink quickly, “Lead me into temptation!”
And with that he laughs, ready to go and work on building their friendship, however strange and wonderful it would be.
Sekhmet grinned as she stood up with resolution, a hand landing on collar of his shirt and tugging him from his seat, as casually and effortlessly like picking up her handbag and taking it with her. They stepped out into the mall (Hunter half-stepping and half-levitated) just outside the coffee shop, and as she let the dozens of shops, both luxury and budget, scream their brand names at her through loud logos and banners, she decided to let Hunter decide which screamed the loudest at him.
“Tell me, boy, what’s on your Christmas list?” She asked, feet naturally stepping towards Versace, where the head in the logo that looked like a lion caught her attention. She’ll confirm to herself that this was an homage to her. Little did she know that this logo wasn’t of a lion, but of Medusa. “A little somethin’ somethin’ to freshen up your look a lil bit?”
